Recently got into PE and I always would measure NBPEL (5.7") and referring to it as my true length which I never even considered measuring myself Bone pressed.

Today I measured BPEL at 6.75"!!! My big goal was atleast 6.5" but I now realize I'm already longer than that..a huge ego booster for me, especially once I hit that 8" BPEL Goal

Been using the length master doing basic stretches 3 sets of 30 seconds. Love the length master, plenty of control, quick and easy to apply and use and also being able to hang with the same tool is awesome as well.

Also for girth I would follow DLD's recommended routine where you pump for 5 min and SSJ for 5 min repeated 3 times.

Is this enough girth work?
can I do this routine daily as a beginner?
Is there anything I should add into my routine?

Congratulations, what is better than expecting a number and seeing it is even greater than we expected? What a wonderful feeling. The LengthMaster is kicking ass wherever but goes. I am amazed at how quickly men are gaining size using the LengthMaster. Very, very powerful tool.

Congratulations on the boost bro👍 we all need it sometime or another no matter where it comes from.
You question on your girth routine of whether you can do it everyday I'd say yes and get yourself a cock ring to hold onto thst post workout expansion if you don't already do so. Just remember to remove it every hour and circulate the blood . I would even throw in some ssj's before putting it back on.

Thanks Beardedbaldy, just purchased a cock ring. Also gonna work on edging with the fleshlight seeing as my last couple times having sex I didn't last very long which was pretty disappointing seeing as I wanted to see how my cock would perform with some PE work done. I had the stamina cardio wise but felt so helpless hahaha, well it was a learning experience anyways. Gonna keep at it!

You are more than welcome bro , we are all here to try and help each other out in any way that we can.
The fleshlights are very good but what I have found when it comes to sex and performance is that it's all in the mind. Whether I was single or in a relationship I would pre anticipate sex which would lead to my downfall! Either with not being able to get an erection, maintain an erection or last very long.
It took a while but when I got to the point where I wasn't pre anticipating sex and messing myself up mentally things changed dramatically!
Like I said the fleshlights ate good but in my opinion I think practice doing what you want to be good at is the best idea and that's sex. During my training I never edge and I never have. I'm lucky enough to have a girlfriend that loves sex so I get to practice 4 -6 days a week actually having sex and I'm now in a position where I know she is going to really enjoy it and I've actually come up with a technique that works wonders and it's very different from the way sex is shown in ����.
Anyway my advice is to try and work on how you view the act of sex itself and go from there, it won't be a quick fix but it will happen in time.

I have not used mental techniques for preventing orgasm. That's actually smart. I only use mental techniques or commands when stretching and shit. Going to try it tonight when edging.
