I have found an excersize that is much more effective for increasing penis length than manual stretches in my opinion. It incorporates manual stretching with jelqing. How it works :

1.Warm up
2. get a slight erection (~10%) and begin jelqing straight down. As one hand starts to finish its rep the next hand is already grabbing as close to the base as possible, and starting to slide down. You will feel a great stretch in the ligaments and it is important to maintain that throughout, pulling slightly harder as you go (never past threshold of pain ). Do this 100 times, each stroke around 5 seconds long.
3. Pull straight down and to the left repeating step 2 for another 100 reps.
4. Pull straight down and the right, repeating step 2 for another 100 reps.
5. Warm down
6. Strap on whatever extender you have and keep it on to make sure than the ligs stayed stretched while they heal. This prevents turtling and cements gains. Wear extender as long as you would normally.

Note: im sure there is a name for this excersize and i am not in any way trying to take credit for it. But anyway, I have already gotten excellent FL gains from it and im sure EL will be quick to follow.

It sounds like straight downward jelqing for length but with the added feature of left to right jelqs. Putting your penis in an extender for healing is standard practice for me, and is very good advice. I think I will try jelqing your way to see what happens. Thanks sewj016.
 
Good stuff when you jelq down like that your also kind of stretching down as well saving time

Good point! Anytime you stretch against the angle of your penis you are elongating the ligaments, which increases length. So during a downward jelqing session where you are putting on girth you will also be adding to length.
 
Sweet! Thanks for sharing! I will try this exercise out. This is why I love this forum. We are brothers and we help each other to achieve our goals in pe!
 
I've been dabbling with something similar recently as well. I've not committed to it yet as I was still getting to grips with the process but even with a sub-standard jelq the pull is a good 'un. Definitely an exercise to try. I'll be doing more of it myself in the weeks to come.

I never really cared for them until I invented the SRT Size Blaster exercise, now it is my favorite way to train.

Never heard of this type of jelq before but I believe that, if this style of jelq is combined with the Silistrecher, the gains will come faster.
