Hey guys,

I heard about these exercises a while back but never started, I guess it was because I found that people say this is a scam and it doesn't work. But I don't know why the last few days I was just curious about it and came to this forum, and here you see results from real people so it changed my mind. So I read about the exercises, and equipment which lead me to buy the SizeGenetics Extender this morning using the coupon code here on DLD's sig. I must say I am truly impressed with this forum/community from what Ive read everyone is helping and inspiring each other really remarkable specially since this subject can get sort of competitive. As far as my goals go length is my priority, I am just over 5" and would like to reach 7" not too worried about I already have a hard time with my gf getting "started" so to speak but length would be cool so I can get more backswing. So anyways I suppose I will me combining this extender with manual stretching and jelqing.

By the way as far as jelqing goes, what lube should I use? I see vaseline being mentioned but I am confused if you guys use it for jelqing or the Bathmate or both.

Vaseline works good I use a moisturiser with VE and no parabens
If your new you should really do DLDs newbie routine the extender can be worn as much as possible to prevent retraction or use it as much as you can.
 
Hey thank you for the heads up! I will definitely try that routine looks good although I don't understand the "behind the cheeks" ones. I will look those up...

It's just pulling your Dick as far back as possible like between the cheeks,doing it squatting or living down makes it easier

Set a goal of gaining an inch in a year or so and either be surprised and see that you have gained even more in that period of time or just see that your goal has been accurately achieved. But believe me, if you set your hopes to gain huge size in no time- you might fall into disappointment and all the motivation you have can easily collapse. Do not measure weekly! Measure once every month or so. Again- gains do not come overnight and you might be very disappointed. Know that there are lots of brothers that work really hard and do intense routines for months to see gains smaller than a half an inch. There will be months where you see gains and there will be months where you won’t see gains. I, in no way want to demotivate you, I want you to expect the worst and not have a broken heart and lost your motivation and dedication. Expect the worst, if you get more than you expected- GREAT! , if you get what you expected- GREAT! And now for the advice on where to start- start from the Newbie routine written by DLD himself. This routine will not only get your penis stretched in different angles to give you maximum starting gains and give you mastery over the mother of all girth exercises (I believe this is said to be the first Penis Enlargement exercise documented), which is a very effective exercise as well, but will also condition your penis so that you can move on to the more intense exercises and therefore get more and more gains without hitting a plateau. Do not risk doing more intense exercises until you are conditioned and have at least a few months of Penis Enlargement behind your back. They might be more effective and more intense, but if you damage your penis, you’d have to stop Penis Enlargementing for some time (depends on how severe you injured yourself). That being said- I believe this is all you should know for now.

Oh, and vaseline is ok, that's what I use as well :)

Wow! Thanks for putting so much effort into your reply, greatly appreciated. And yes, from what Ive seen so far this community is awesome so friendly and helpful. As far as results go, like you said I am not setting my goals too high... I am not really in a rush so even if all I get is one inch in a year, I mean... One inch in a year sounds great to me I hope I get that. But if I get more it would be great, I will certainly try to do as much as possible without overwhelming myself. Ive already been visiting this forum on a daily basis since I discovered it 4 days ago trying to figure out the best possible way for me to do this.

Thanks a lot man, I really appreciate the amount of effort you put into your reply. As you said my goals are not high, but then you say 1 inch in one year as if it was a normal or low goal... I think that's amazing, if I can get one inch in one year I would be really happy. Anyways I am not really in a rush, I am just dipping my toes into this so I will fully embrace your advice on setting low expectations to not get discouraged. As for now I am informing myself as much as possible so I can pursue this in the most efficient way but without getting overwhelmed. Thank you very much for you support!

But then again I was not very surprised since I have been able to see how involved you are in this forum and how devoted you are to help guys achieved their goals. Ive been going through your youtube channel, and bought the Sizegenetics extender 2 days ago following your recommendations so I hope that will help accelerate my gains a little bit.

DLD must say I was somewhat starstruck LOL when I saw you replied to my thread. Then again I was not surprised since I see you are very active on this forum, very evolved and devoted to this community. That says a lot of good things about you as a person, and your brand! You are not one of those self help gurus that hide, you are here very reachable.
