I have been using a different grip to stretch because my glans gets real sensitive after a while and my hand gets tired. This grip gets power from your legs to relieve the stress on your hands. It really hits the ligs HARD. I get like 3-4 pops everydya i do these. The stretch is very intense that I feel like im gonna rip my dick off sometimes.

1 Get a semi erect penis. The more blood, the better but it must be flexible.

2 wrap your middle finger around the base and squeeze.

3 Hold your thumb below the glans and pull down(the distal end of your penis should be real full of blood like youre doing a jelq)

4 wrap your other hand around the hand gripping your penis and pull down. You can squeeze your legs together to get more power and your hands wont get tired.

I've been doing these for about 2 weeks and think I have made gains but I lost my ruler in my room somewhere so when i find it I'll check.

I'm gonna call these Great Dane Tugs if they arent already an exercise. If you have any questions or comments about how amazing or incredibly stupid these are just leave em below and I'll respond .

Sounds interesting! :) I'm going to have to try these with my regular stretching routine. I really have problems with my hands getting tired and sometimes even cramping, especially on the days when I do my bodybuilding routine and play bass.
 
What do you feel these working? The tunica or ligs? And no, I've never seen this excercize anywhere before.
 
since i started to do the dld blasters my glans has become real sensitive..the skin underneath my head is red and it peals...i might try these...so you said the harder you squeeze your legs together the more intense the stretch?
 
Hmm.. I've tried to do this before and my wife was asking me if I was practising my putting grip!!

This is definately a lig exercise and yea i pull down as hard as i can and then squeeze my legs together and it makes it more intense for me.
 
Im going to test these tonight. But i hate lig pops, so i guess these can be done more upwards?
 
Yea I do em upwards too sometimes but using my legs downards helps me with my grip. I don't like lig pops either but I get a real good stretch with it and if it works well, ill deal wiht the lig pops
 
i tried these last night...and i felt like i was stretching a lot of skin...any suggestions on what i was doing wrong?
