Hello Penis Enlargement land,

As some of you may know, I have a full time job, and competitively train in the fitness industry/compete. With this comes a lack of free time, especially because I value my social time with friends as well. I have had trouble fitting hours of extender sessions in per day as of the last few months, and am wondering if someone has experience with a quick routine that would give a person gains?

I do have more time on the weekend for a more intense session, however during the week, I have a max of two hours, usually only one.

The equipment I currently have are the size genetics device, and the batHydromaxats X-40 (thinking of buying the Hydromax due to my girth).

Can anyone recommend a good routine to use my current equipment, for a weekday and weekend routine that would still yield good gains?

I would suggest using the first week routine of SRT. Since your time is limited you can knock out your three sets of basic stretches in the a.m. then do the
Btc's throughout the day as they only take 90 seconds to complete. Just stay wrapped in the uncle Jims wrap all day and you get the benefits of healing while extended. If you have time at night you can knock out the girth portion before bed.
 
it is so important to find time to fit this into your routine. I understand that you have a social life and family life and a friend life these are all very important. What you need to do is be creative with your time and fit into your schedule the work you need to do to make the games you want. This is not always easy but it is possible. By getting up one hour earlier and going to bed one hour later your game two hours of time. When going to the bathroom taking a break you can easily fit 2 or 3 minutes of stretching it. It is all about creativity and fitting into your schedule what you need to to make the goals you want to make.

When you lack time, the best thing to do is to get yourself a length master to use daily for 40 minutes (two 20 minutes sessions) daily. Focus on length only for now. Once you get your length goal sorted, you can switch focus to girth work. The length master made gaining length super easy for everyone.
