Hey guys I need some advice with my routine. I've been using the Bathmate for 2 months 20 minutes 2 days on and 1 day off without any results. Not one damn millimeter. I get good expansion and I gain probably up toan inch in girth after each session but i never cement any of the gains. I'm going to revamp and try to perform the following 2 days on 1 day off. Any tips would be helpful.

Shower to warm up

30 seconds of the following stretches
Behind the cheek: right, middle left
Downward: right, middle, left
Straight ahead: right, middle, left
Upward: right, middle, left
Washcloth fulcrum: up, down, left, right

10-20 minutes in the Bathmate depending on my erection quality and pump

10-20 minutes clamping depending on erection quality

Usually I hop back in the shower for a few minutes for a warm down. And I tuck my extended flaccid penis into the leg of my boxer briefs.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can save yourself time and effort and make gains much faster using the SRT Routine. In gaining we need to consider healing and when healing we can implement many methods to allow for faster gains. Training 20 minutes in the Penomet or Bathmate is really not the best method to gaining. Using Bathmate Girth Blasters is really the smartest way to train using the Penomet or the Bathmate/Hydromax X40. I am loving the stretching routine and think that perhaps you could increase the intensity in stretching as you should be gaining length using that length routine. Clamping, in my opinion, is too much risk for thrombosis, discoloration and lumpy gains.

Below is how to do a solid pumping session'

10 minutes SSJ
5 minutes pumping

10 minutes SSJ
5 minutes pumping

10 minutes SSJ
5 minutes pumping

Once you are done with the above girth routine, wear your cock ring for 1 hour.
