I guess motivation comes and goes even if you are passionate... The important thing is to force yourself to do SOMETHING to work towards your goal every single day. Even if you aren't going balls to the wall your efforts will add up big time.
I have an uncle who is a mathematician and he says practicing something is like changing your underwear, if you do it everyday you will be great, if you do it once a week people will think you stink, and if you do it once a month you will be terrible.

great words LOL PE everyday otherwise we are a bunch of stinken fools haha

Motivation and passion might cause you to do more on any given time, but when you have the right beliefs in place and removed the wrong ones, it happens automatically no force or willpower required.

The more I enjoy something the more likely I'll keep doing it...pretty simple formula. Make sure you're fully enjoying your PE routine/experience and everything will take care of itself

True and what helped me do this was mixing things up, always pushing for better gains, creating new exercises and tools to help the fight, building bigger and better routines, and my crowned jewel SRT!

Yeah. Passion is always a drive. If you're passionate in doing something you will always attain success. Sometimes we lose passion however because we get stuck in progression but thats why we make these forums, to surpass those barriers in our way.
