I got some girth region problems meaning it is sort of unequal throughout the penis and I want to equalize that a bit. For that I need some version to target the front half of the penis.

So what should I do?

ULI-Like exercises?

Clamp only the desired area? Clamped exercises on the desired area?

Anyone got a good tip to get only the first half of the penis thicker?
 
I would try clamping then squeezing the bigger area to force the blood to the smaller area. I am no expert on girth but its worth a try.

Also you could jelq in opposite directions in the area you wish to enlarge.
 
Hit Redzulu's clamping area and see for clamped horse squeezes to concentrate on certain areas. Also, manual horse squeezes work also. Try hanging for base girth as well. It will take a few months or a year to make sure everything is evenly distributed. Girth is the hardest to get among many people as you already know yeah. Just look up Red's threads and try out things for a few months to make sure. Good luck.
 
I already got insane base girth, but the first half needs to get more of it, not the rear half^^
 
Horse Squeezes could help. Clamp of the shaft just before the "thin" bit and go from there.
 
I would give SSJ a try. For me when I do these my base doesn't expand that much because I am squeezing there. The top half, however, just blows up with expansion.

What was the difference between horse squeeze and ssj?
 
Can you take a picture or draw it online to illustrate the area what your describing? I would suggest double horses clamped or single horse squeezes with one clamp and use the freehand to squeeze and engorge the area that you want to work on. Another way is clamp about 1/2 inch below the area to target while fully erect, do it tightly but obviously not so tight it cuts off entire circulation! Then with freehand squeeze further up the shaft a few inches to fully trap and expand the area which needs to become larger ... hold this for 5-15 seconds squeezing hard and release, become erect much as possible and do it again.
 
Basicly I simply need the first half thicker.

So about the exercises: SSJ = 2 OK Grips and Squeeze the area between them?

Is a clamped horse something like a clamped jelq or a clamped ULI?
 
I have the same problem man, let me know if you get any results. Mine is around 6" at the base, but it goes down to 5 and 1/r after about 2 and a half inches.
 
I think I first need to get used to clamping again before pulling out big guns such as clampoed exercises
