here it my Routine
do this set 3 times. Each day
1st set - 2nd set - and 3th set
- 3 min warmup with a hot towel
- 5 min Slow Squash jelq
- 5 min Bathmate
- 3 sets of the The Long Schlong as some call it. ( first you put the penis outwards for 10-30 seconds - then left and right - up and down for 10-30 sec= 1 set )
- 30 sec of the balls sack pull ( where i put the ball sack down and pull up the penis to stretch the ball sach )
- 10-30 sec cementing in order to get some blood back in the penis
- 10-30 sec massage.

after i done the 3 sets. i cement for a min and then i warm down. with 2-5 min hot towel

and i do about 500-1000+ kegel exercises each day

is there anything im missing?
 
You should use the bathmate first as it will warm you up and will increase the expansion for SSJs. Also you should include a Wrap/cockring for SRT purposes.

Looks really good but I do have a few additions that you may want to include. The first would be Bundle Stretching prior to either girth or length work for a minimum of 5 minutes. This will pre-stretch your Tunica allowing for the penis to take on more growth faster. These can be done in a few ways, manually by simply twisting the penis and pulling on it, the best method is with the LengthMaster as you can add much more intensity to the stretch. Next I think you should add 5 minutes of erect stretching at least 3 times a week. This will help convert flaccid stretched gains to erect gains. Lastly, I think including some expressive stretches will help cover a base that you have not included, internal penis. This can be done in many ways, here are a few. Manually you can grip at low on the penis and stretch in all directions from there. With the LengthMaster you can attach it low on the penis and once strapped in stretch with both hands in all directions. If you have a BathMate, HardCore Stretches are the original expressive stretch. Hole stretching is also a great expressive stretch that can be done with the LengthMaster or PowerAssist. Some men have also had luck connecting low on their SizeGenetics and getting decent expressive stretch.

Is there a reason that you are only doing minimal length work? If you are already including the 5x5x3 BathMate/SSJ method into your routine jelqing would be redundant and I think you could use that time instead to cover a better stretching approach, something as simple as the Newbie Routine basic stretches.

Got a faver to ask. is there a way you can show me a good Plan on how you do it, if you only have 1 hour a day?
i would really like it if you did the plan as i showed above.. kinda in that fashion. your Routine

i read the SRT page over and over again, but to be honest i understand very little from it ?:(
im a guy whos better as using his muscle then brain xD ( i hit my head a little to much when i was a kid - i got a short time memory )
 
Yeah i think 15 mins BM hardcore stretches+25 mins of SSJ=40mins,+15 mins newbie stretchings can get you great results..

Try writing it out in your own words. I use this technique to remember things.

It is a very simple addition. Get in 5 minutes of flaccid, Bundled Stretches before length or girth routine. 3-4 times a weak get in 5-10 minutes of erect stretching.

i bin douing this for a 2-3 days now, and i realised i had a few more question about this.

1) do i do the 5 min flaccid, Bundled Stretches at start of each set? i do like 3 sets of my routine each day

2) the erect stretching isnt really any good right now... cant seem to stretch it cause my penis isnt really that flexible now. thing thats how you say it...

3) isnt the Slow Squash jelq kinda like "Clamping" just where you press down on end of penis?

4) when you do the Kegel exercise, does it work if you kind feel like you squeese your a-hole without moving the stomac, or the ass muscle? but squeeze you a-hole only?

Only before you start a routine. So before a length or girth routine get in a solid 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches.

Keep trying and remember there will be little feeling of the stretch happening but it still is doing a great service to your BPEL.

Yes, when doing a Kegel all of the Pelvic Floor Muscles are engaged and they run from your abdominals to your anus.
