here it my Routine
do this set 3 times. Each day
1st set - 2nd set - and 3th set
- 3 min warmup with a hot towel
- 5 min Slow Squash jelq
- 5 min Bathmate
- 3 sets of the The Long Schlong as some call it. ( first you put the penis outwards for 10-30 seconds - then left and right - up and down for 10-30 sec= 1 set )
- 30 sec of the balls sack pull ( where i put the ball sack down and pull up the penis to stretch the ball sach )
- 10-30 sec cementing in order to get some blood back in the penis
- 10-30 sec massage.
after i done the 3 sets. i cement for a min and then i warm down. with 2-5 min hot towel
and i do about 500-1000+ kegel exercises each day
is there anything im missing?
