Most of the night you will be flaccid and when wearing the Phallosan at night erections do not happen as much because of the restriction it would cause. It is kind of a subconscious effect.

You just have to get used to sleeping in a new position. We have to make adjustments sometimes to make something work, in the case of the Phallosan it is worth the adjustments.

You can ace wrap due to your concerns at night but make sure you wear the phallosan for a minimum of 17hours daily.
