May be done multiple times a day along with some minor stretching while: By myself with free time, using the toilet, taking a shower, etc.

10 min. Warm up in hot bath

- The DLD Blaster Exhaustion Thing

- 50 DLD Blaster Reps

- 3 sets of 30 sec. Mandigo Stretching both sides for inner-penis stretching

- The newbie stretching exercises

- 5 min. Warm down in hot bath

No time to focus on length and girth during the same periods of time so length will be the only focus until the desired 8 inches of length is attained and then girth will be increased after that along with some extra gains in length from the girth work.

Good luck, seems like intense stretching routine, keep doing this, then post what you gained in a month or whenever you want, just keep updating...
 
Looks like a great routine for length. It is great when someone can dedicate themselves completely to length, it allows for excellent focus and concentration. I think some men just work better when they only have one thing to do, for some men doing both girth and length can just be too much. I look forward to your gains and I will keep track of you along the way helping where I can. Good luck my Brother!

Yeah, I like to focus heavily on one thing at a time and then move on to the next thing. I hope to reach 6+ Inches of girth after my 8 inches of length.

It's best focusing only on one thing...you can do it more effectively

This is true. Some men become overwhelmed with having to do girth and length in the same session or even the same day. For those who feel this pressure they should definitely separate the girth from length either by doing one in the AM and the other in the PM. If that is too much than every other day for each. If that is still too much do length first and make all the gains you want and then stat the girth work.

Every other day each is maybe not too good, you said once the length must be done every day to be effective, right?
 
Looks great to me. Might consider twice a day and wrapping but it looks like you're covering the bases.

sticking to a good routine is so important. If you are inconsistent with exercises or routine it will be difficult to gain. you have to want it bad enough are you willing to do anything to get it.

hahaha no i dont have any cash bro,but uh i got no idea what to do,as i told you before i used it a lil yesterday and felt great but yeah bro got some doubts....

Try using it every day a bit more, increase intensity, I don't believe you can't use it because of your medical issues in past :)

I'm hoping that working on length and girth on the same day will give me quick length gains. I want to get to 9 inches and stop all length work.
