Hi everyone, I'm currently 6.5bpel x 4.5eg. Needless to say i'm concentrating on girth with a short term goal of 7x5. I've done some jelquing in the past, was in �other forum� palace, but never got into it enough to see significant gains. I've done a lot of research in the past few weeks and this seems like the place to be. My current gear: dp400, got it 2 months ago, bathmate and just got the size genetics 2 days ago, still trying to figure out the best attachment.

I had been using the dp 4000 twice a day for 20mins, like they say too, for the first month all the while doing a lot of internet research, this is where I found dld's program, seems like the real deal. I started jelqing again, first week was great eq was through the roof, following week started the slow squash with the bathmate in between sets for 5min, I thought after 6 week of using the dp4000 i'd be ok with the bathmate, so I used it as hard as possible, ended up getting a blood blister... crap not a big deal, healed for a week just to make sure. I've heard dld and some others keep training through these, is this true? I felt like I could continue, it didn't hurt but I wasn't sure.

I'm thinking my ever improving routine will be as follows
stretch in the morning in the shower, wrap up for work
4pm 3 sets slow squash with dp4000 in between sets
straight into size genetics for minimum 4hrs
dp 4000 for as long as possible (1-2hrs) I use it 5min at a time release to let the blood flow for a bit then back in the whole time

Id like to use the size genetics throughout the day but i'm in construction, climbing ladders and shit, not a good idea right?
anything else I could use? I've been thinking a belt with an elastic tube, like the one from a slingshot, coming from your back an pulling your package back between your cheeks. anyone see something like that?

Looks like a good routine. As for a blister, I would never work through a blister because it could cause serious scaring. I suggest waiting for it to drain on it's own and flatten before training. You would need to try the SizeGenetics out at work to see if it is a good match to the work you do but if not there are other tools that will work like the Phallosan and the VLC. These are not as cumbersome as the SG and will give you a good stretch without fear of it falling off. I like that you have incorporated the SlowSquashJelqs in your Pumping session, this will help you gain the girth you desire while keeping fluid retention low. Good luck my Brother and I hope to see some great gains in your future. You goals are very humble and should happen within 3-6 months with consistent training.
 
Thanks dld, always on top of replies. I got the pump trick from you, I watched all your youtube vids.

So I guess I wasn't getting blood blisters, more like bruising but its always around the eye lol, can I work through that? Also is there an acceptable amount the head can get cold/dark while in the size genetics? not frozen or black or anything like that. There info is pretty vague in the dvd and online. Oh and my goals are just short term, I want something realistic as to not disappoint.... I'm here for the long haul!!

You can work through the bruising with length work but I would wait for the bruise to yellow before attempting any intense girth work or it could just make it worse. Becoming cold in the SizeGenetics is normal and nothing to worry about as long as you are taking breaks every 30-60 minutes. I am happy people are seeing our Youtube videos!
