Hi guys, just wondering how much success people have had with their length routines, and what exercises have provided the best results?

I also have a Bathmate so i do hardcore Bathmate stretches, but i need to step up my manual stretches.

If you could post in here or link me to your personal length routine etc, i would appreciate it guys ;)
 
For me personally it was when using more isolated suspensory lig stretches such as DLD blasters, Blue_Whale __________ stretches, Blue_Whale mother of all lig stretches and my V-SES stretch.
I used the length master or power assist which made the stretches OFF THE SCALE and I noted in 2009 some fast results in length I hadn't seen since a newbie.
