I don't know if this has been discussed here? But have any over my slightly overweight brothers here experiencing an anterior pelvic tilt?

I think if if I lost weight, fixed my posture and did PE my gains would be through the roof. I think the way my pelvis is tilted has a lot to do with my penis size and my butt size.

I am going to make it my goal to have a really good posture and strong back and core muscles.

(I am on mobile, so if you can't picture what I am saying... if I was laying on a table... you could stick your arm between the table and my lower back.... yeah, its THAT much space... even when I tighten my core.
 
I would try foam rolling, otherwise maybe see a chiro or masseuse. And yeah diet and exercise always helps

Wow, my Brother, this took up 3 chapters in the book I am working on. What you are talking about not only improves core muscles and a better ass but it will also deliver more height. I might post those 3 chapters on the site for you guys to see.

My lower back curves in hard. I assume its because of weak core and back muscles and a beer belly.

This has to be corrected. Do you think it hinders gains or even worse, hides most of the inner penis?

If so, the pelvic tilt and my fat pad combined are hiding AT LEAST two inches lol
 
I'm doing core exercises specifically for good posture because it was mentioned elsewhere here that it improves eq.
Not to mention blood flow, and test.

ok to get rid of lumbar lordosis
1. sure a stronger core is a nice one
2. get rid of your remaining fat depots
3. look up "J-Posture" by Esther Gokhale
4. EITHER start having lots of SEX or do a fkn motion throughout the day like slamming real hard with the work of the muscles in your GLUTES and abs etc. ... really helped me out
5. start hip flexor stretch whenever you do feel a pain in your lower back !
