You're overthinking it. You're not regenerating some old nerve that was cut off and tossed in the trash 30 years ago. You are making new skin, and that new skin also has new nerves. No, it's not going to be an exact duplicate. It's a replacement. If you tense the shaft skin, you get shaft skin with its shaft skin nerves. If you are able to expand out the more sensitive skin toward the top, or mucosa or fren, you get whatever tissue and included nerves. When a doctor uses skin expansion for plastic surgery or whatnot, the skin that grows has veins, cappillaries, nerves. Not just a mass of skin cells and nothing else.

I am aware that grown skin has vascular structures and nerves - otherwise it would not have feeling or even be alive.

As to the mechanics of FR and what nerves/structures are possible to grow and expand, I've already explained that I'll be looking into that and posting my thoughts on the matter.

Until then I'm not prepared to say anything because I want to be factually accurate and be able to cite some clear information that all can understand without a ton of reading.
