Sup everyone, I know its more of a educated guess because everyone is different when it comes down to height where you gain weight and all that. I'm just trying to get a basis down to how much weight do you need to lose to lose an inch of fat off of the Pubic Fat pad. Any input will be welcomed. Thanks in advanced !

Having in mind that you have 1'' fat path , your bodyfat percentage must be above 20 %, so I GUESS , you're gonna have to lose anywhere from 30 to 50 lbs.Even at 20 % bodyfat I had 0.5'' , now at 11 % is 0.4'', that's why nobody can give you a good answer.

Easy way to lose weight ----> http://eatstopeat.com/unprotected/EAT-STOP-EAT_5.pdf
Intermittent Fasting. I lost 19 lbs in 6 weeks, no workouts, i just looked up my calorie intake for the day ( http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm ) and it tells u right there how much to take in for maintenance, fat loss, and extreme fat loss. Check it, this is what i do: every day i get all my calories within a 4-6 hr eating window. I need 1600 calories to maintain my weight n 1400 to lose weight and 1200 for extreme fat loss.
So lets say i eat from 12pm-6pm. Then from 6pm till 12pm the next day i fast and dont eat anythin or drink any calories. I only drink water. Idk what ur goal is but all around its healthy for u instead of constantly feeding urself 6 small meals a day. Ill tell u y, when we eat insulin levels rise n they start storing fat for energy. So if we constantly eat, we are constantly in the fed state, therefore we dont give the body a chance to even think about burning the fat thats stored, its just keeps storing. Theres 2 states we can b in, fed or fasted. In the fasted state once the meal we last ate is fully digested glucagon levels start to rise. Glucagon has a lot to do with fat burning, and since the stomach is no longer filled with food, the body has no choice but to turn to the fat for energy, which is originally y the body stores fat, so we could use it later. Another benefit is that intermittent fasting also raises human growth hormone, naturally. By a lot. Go on youtube n look up fasting twins, these 2 dudes r ripped n they also funny n if u want a lot of detail look up lowcarbcory intermittent fasting. Hes very informative as well.

First of all , you have absolutely no idea what are you talking about.Second of all , Lowcarbcory is an idiot, and his channel is no longer avaliable. It DOES NOT MATTER when you eat or how often do you eat, what you need is a calorie deficit.I like the Hodgetwins but they didn't lose all that bodyfat because of IF.I've been reading about nutrition since I was 13, I know what I'm talking about.Yes, IF does raise Growth hormone levels, but growth hormone's effect on muscle growth and fat loss is SOOOOOOOOO overrated, and in order to see good results by increasing GH , you need to inject a lot of it and the results will be minimum if you don't combine it with other drugs.

He can't just calculate his daily caloric intake and eat whatever he wants. If he doesn't eat enough protein , he will end up losing way to much muscle mass and if he doesn't get enough fat , his EQ will go down.Next time , make sure you know what you're talking about.

It is through our maturity that we can disagree and work together to find a better solution. Be kind and respectful of each other.

Revisiting this thread, after I have gained a little bit of weight, I have to agree with this in my case. When my fat pad is above 1" I am in the 40 pounds overweight area (according to my height). I can't get it below .5", as you can see in this bone pressed measurement

, I was actually underweight in the pictures so I know my absolute minimum is .5". Now, going in the other direction, I would say your formula works too. When I was 140 pounds overweight I had a fat pad that was 2.5". Here is a picture of me after I dropped the weight.View attachment 25922

I also watch the Hodgetwins and started IF about 5 weeks ago and have lost 7 pounds of fat so far. I eat about the same as I did before IF. I am finally starting to see my abs. Its awesome, but its not for everyone I never would have thought I would try fasting because I used to eat every 3 hours.

I done the "Eat Stop Eat" after training to build muscle. I lost a TON of muscle. I would not make that trade again, EVER. I do not recommend this program at all.

I might add though, that intermittent fasting is good for the system as far as cleansing. I would also add that if you decide to try this program, for me, a 24 hour fast was not that big of a deal. I thought that I would starve. I did not realize that my body was going into starvation mode and eating the hard earned muscle (protein) that I had worked so hard to put on my body (along with fat).

With me it has very little to do with a market effort to change my diet or even fast. It happens according to a natural cycle my body has gone through for many years. I can only try to keep track of the data as these changes happen. What I have seen is every time my body does fast it is right before I make a big drop in weight. It is a definite change in metabolism but it seems mostly seasonal than anything else. Have you ever heard of this?

Well you are very lucky...almost 11 inches.

Proves to be the most difficult gain for me, so close, sooooo close.

How big were you before all these exercises?

I started at a bone-pressed, erect length of 6.5" and an erect girth of 4.75". My non bone pressed length I am not sure about, but I was pretty overweight...most likely an inch.

How did you gain 4 inches? I am currently 7 inches...but about half an inch more if I I am bone press...what are the best exercise to increase size? please I really need help with this.

I started the Eat Stop Eat or IF or Straight Water Fasting. whatever you want to call it and lost 15 lbs in the first few days, But I am 6 foot 7 or even 8 now and weigh about 350lbs. Main reason is to get back into football shape. The fatpad is the biggest issue I have, such a pain in the ass to do Bundled stretches, can never seem to bundle the base of my penis because of the fat and with a large fatpad the penis kind of just sucks back into the fatpad. Bundled stretches rock but suck because of the skin because the fat pad sticks out so much.

Very tight. I have a lot more pictures without clothes, just trying to find them but here is one I did find on Facebook. You can see by my arms just how muscular my body is. I dropped 140 pounds in about 4 months using the original AlphaBlade diet and exercise routine. I managed to gain some weight back, I am about 190 and I look best at 160. Thirty pounds can be spoken for by soda, sugar, improper diet, lack of exercise, psych meds I was taking. Last year, about this time I was 30 pounds over and was able to get back to my prime 160 in 2 months.

Shit, you got some awesome genetics! I know all about what Psych meds or just meds can do. I have pretty much cut out all regular soda, tho still drinking diet soda and a shit load of water to flash out sodium and crap. Muscle can do wonders for the skin, everything I read says to gain muscle and it will help tighten and tone skin.
