i just started the newbie routine by DLD last wednesday.. it only been 5 days. and today when i want to start my routine i get 100% erect. and it surprise me to see my dick look bigger! i immediately took a ruler and start measure. i start with 4.5" length and now i'm 5.5".. how amazing is that?! for a short period of time, i gain 1" without even realizing it. but i still wonder, are the length i gained will be permanent or just temporary? my goal is to be 7". what if i reach that goal and then stop? will all my gained disappear?
 
Just temporary its impossible to gain even an 2 m"m in 5 days...

You need to "cement" it. So keep on doing it for some more weeks at least. If you reach your goal you need to do some maintenance work.

Keep on going but dont be discouraged if the gains dont keep that pace. Many newbies start with a weakened dick and the first trainings help to get it to its real size...

cementing is for when you reach your goal.

since you want 7", keep doing newbie routine until your progress slows or stops, then change routine. I recommend SRT. even now you can learn uncle jims wrap to hold your penis extended between sesions. this grows your flaccid length.

oncce your at 7", then do cementing excercises to make it permenent 7.

one thing is, stop wearing briefs underwear. go commando or loose boxers so you dont turtle which erases your gains. SRT is the way.

Congratz, pretty sure it's from better eq which counts as a super plus. Keep up the work, in time you will achieve your goal.
 
honestly if i made an inch gain in a week i would be worried i did some damage that will cause scar tissue. its a marathon not a sprint dude.

Cementing the extremely fast gains you have made is all about remaining consistent in your training while progressively increasing the intensity to force new gains. As new gains happen old temporary ones become permanent. You can follow the teaching of SRT and learn ways to gain faster and even gain while you heal! Some simple correction and/or additions can speed the process you have already made VERY FAST.
 
Yeah reading back on this threat now. I would be very scared if I make that big gain in one week, but you probably have a big innerpenis and elastic ligaments just like me.

I did make 2inches lenght in 3 months btw, it was from The Newbie Routine only, did just used hands tho...
 
Forgot to tell that my stats before P.E when I started were 6.7 Inches lenght (BPenis EnlargementL) and 6 inches midshaft.

Now Im over 9+ Inches BPenis EnlargementL. Goodluck bro, hoping for the best luck for u too...

from reading of gains on month to month use of a Penis Enlargement and excercises in Micro And Macro gains
a Micro Gain for a month from reading should be bout 0.25 to 0.35 % these are natural Penis Enlargement Micro Tears
any thing above that would be considered close to or above a Macro tear and this is where danger is present if you create a Macro tear anywhere on the penis

I don't know if it is my eyes, but ever since I stopped using the Uncle Jim wrap, my flaccid doesn't look as long as it used to be. And I'm always wearing brief underwear. I need to stop wearing that.
