If you can get into the position you will find the most powerful stretch ever. I can't get into the position right now due to my big belly but I am getting leaner everyday so I hope soon to be able to do these stretches again.
 
i was just testing n im not fat but seems that the LM is a bit far from the penis..But im almost sure that if im able to perform them i can get amazing gains¡¡:)

I tried them yesterday using my heel.....and the stretching is great,pushing forward feels fine,they look promising but the heel slips off a little..

I've been doing these for a while haha, super intense stretch. Just requires a really good warm up and not over doing it. These will make you sore.

I tried them last night on my last session. I couldn't actually get comfortable with the heals of my feet on the handles so I placed the handles in front of my shins. This made it easier for me to get into a comfortable position. Excellent stretch!

You do seem to have longer legs than most from your videos, I am happy you found a way to make it work! It is a very powerful exercise.
 
A video of this stretch is now in the lengthmaster video thread. The video covers the seated position which is easier than lying down .

Be very careful these are extremely intense stretches. They will take some flexibility to do them. Both versions are done laying down. The first version, using only the heel, most men should be able to get into it. The second version using both feet on the arms of the Lengthmaster will take more flexibility.

Version 1
Instructions: after getting a good wrap and clamping into the bundle chamber with the LengthMaster attached bring heal of one foot against the ring of the Lengthmaster. Now, with steady, progressive strength starting out gentle and easing into the intensity, press heal against the ring.

Hold each stretch for 30 to 60 seconds
