Be very careful these are extremely intense stretches. They will take some flexibility to do them. Both versions are done laying down. The first version, using only the heel, most men should be able to get into it. The second version using both feet on the arms of the
Lengthmaster will take more flexibility.
Version 1
Instructions: after getting a good wrap and clamping into the bundle chamber with the
LengthMaster attached bring heal of one foot against the ring of the
Lengthmaster. Now, with steady, progressive strength starting out gentle and easing into the intensity, press heal against the ring.
Hold each stretch for 30 to 60 seconds
