Be very careful these are extremely intense stretches. They will take some flexibility to do them. Both versions are done laying down. The first version, using only the heel, most men should be able to get into it. The second version using both feet on the arms of the Lengthmaster will take more flexibility.

Version 1
Instructions: after getting a good wrap and clamping into the bundle chamber with the length master attached bring heal of one foot against the ring of the Lengthmaster. Now, with steady, progressive strength starting out gentle and easing into the intensity, press heal against the ring.

Hold each stretch for 30 to 60 seconds

these are Killer! I am glad I found out about these stretches before my night LM session!

The LengthMaster proves once again to be the most valuable and versatile PE device ever created and DLD shows once again why he is the DaVinci of PE.

ive done these with the hand version i can only imagine how good theyd be with te lm you could lay down all day hhahaand your legs wouldnt get tired
 
I want to try this exercise out. So what you are saying is instead of using our hands to pull, use our feet to provide a greater pulling force? I might shoot a video of this to ensure that I'm doing it the right way.

Yup, no getting tired in this position, you could go for hours stretching using the feet, plus you get to lay down for the exercise. Great exercise to do watching a movie.

A video would be awesome if you could shoot it. I think they are pretty easy to understand but I think men will get a better sea of just how intense they are through a video.
 
hey DLD, unfortunately i am not flexible enough to perform the exercise in any of the variations that u have suggested. Would stretching the rope attached to the end of the LM(have the old version) with my feet suffice. Tried it once and did get a good stretch tbh. Cheers

Yes, that would be a solid modification of this stretch. You must have pretty muscular legs since you can't get into the position. My legs are like chicken legs:)

Thanks DLD. Tbh i've got chicken legs myself lol. Always wear socks when I do the exercise for extra strength.

I practiced YOGA for a while and this has allowed me to become more flexible in many positions plus it is a super relaxing thing to do.

Yoga is indeed a great way of relaxing. Took some Yoga classes a while back . Won't be a bad idea to get back on that train. Would love to be able to perform the stretches with the original modification.

I also would love to get back into the YOGA I was doing last year but I don't have the energy now, just been struggling so much with fatigue and depression. I can't wait till the good Lord allows that light to come back in, it is getting hard being in this state.

so if your waiting for to allow you out of your current state does that mean you believe god is making you feel this way?

No, I believe God wants me to be in this state for a reason I have not found yet. All suffering comes with a valuable lesson to be learned. I praise God for not only the good but also the suffering. Since I believe he suffered for me and for good reason I believe I suffer for him for good reason. I have never had a bad situation in my life that did not bring me to a better place through the lesson I was meant to learn. If I did not believe this way MOS would not be here today, it was through the tremendous suffering I experienced in many parts of my sexual life that brought me to the decision to create MOS.

how did you do it with your hands and feet and not the lengthmaster?
 
they are great 20 of them 1 min each ? im doing the newbie stretchings.but want to try the foot long stretches...:)

do some karate stretches. Try not to jog or run as this will stuffing the legs. Try touching your toes or as far as you go and hold it everyday for 15 seconds each set. Do these standing up, sitting down. Spread your legs and touch the floor. You can put one leg on a table, counter or anything and touch your toes and hold as well. After awhile you will become more flexable don't forget about the upper body stretches as well.
