Hey guys i have recently finished the 6 weeks of phase 1 and today started phase 2. My gains in phase 1 for length was none but my girth increased .25 inches which I am very happy with. I understand that it has only been 6 weeks but I am a little concerned about gaining length . I know that phase 1 is a building foundation time but when I started phase 2 today I did the DLD blasters and didn't feel much of a stretch on the ligaments at the base, I felt more of a stretch in the middle of my shaft and more on the tunica. I was wondering if this is what you should feel or are the ligs at the base suppose to feel the stretch ? Also I was wondering if any of you guys continued to do the phase 1 past 6 weeks and if you did did you increase the sets of stretches or what and did you continue to gain? Also DLD did phase 1 for 6 months and had terrific gains, did he increase sets or what. When I do phase 1 stretches i feel a great stretch on the ligs but just haven't gained. SO should I continue on to phase 2 or stay with phase 1 and just increase the sets and if so how much should I increase them? And just for reference how much have you guys gained off of phase 1?
