Hey guys i have recently finished the 6 weeks of phase 1 and today started phase 2. My gains in phase 1 for length was none but my girth increased .25 inches which I am very happy with. I understand that it has only been 6 weeks but I am a little concerned about gaining length. I know that phase 1 is a building foundation time but when I started phase 2 today I did the DLD blasters and didn't feel much of a stretch on the ligaments at the base, I felt more of a stretch in the middle of my shaft and more on the tunica. I was wondering if this is what you should feel or are the ligs at the base suppose to feel the stretch? Also I was wondering if any of you guys continued to do the phase 1 past 6 weeks and if you did did you increase the sets of stretches or what and did you continue to gain? Also DLD did phase 1 for 6 months and had terrific gains, did he increase sets or what. When I do phase 1 stretches i feel a great stretch on the ligs but just haven't gained. SO should I continue on to phase 2 or stay with phase 1 and just increase the sets and if so how much should I increase them? And just for reference how much have you guys gained off of phase 1? Thanks guys!
 
I went much longer than 6 weeks on a PHASE 1 type routine. At about 4 months I made some slight changes. In all I think I remained on PHASE 1 for approx. 6 months. If you want a more intense version of PHASE 1 without moving to PHASE 2 yet let me know.

Basically what I did was double up my JELQING efforts to 500 in the AM and 500 in the PM. For LENGTH I did the following:

Straight up to the CENTER: 3 x 30 seconds
Straight up to the LEFT: 3 x 30 seconds
Straight up to the RIGHT: 3 x 30 seconds
Straight up in ROTATIONS: 3 x 30 seconds

Straight out to the CENTER: 3 x 30 seconds
Straight out to the LEFT: 3 x 30 seconds
Straight out to the RIGHT: 3 x 30 seconds
Straight out in ROTATIONS: 3 x 30 seconds

Straight down to the CENTER: 3 x 30 seconds
Straight down to the LEFT: 3 x 30 seconds
Straight down to the RIGHT: 3 x 30 seconds
Straight down in ROTATIONS: 3 x 30 seconds

BTC to the CENTER: 3 x 30 seconds
BTC to the RIGHT: 3 x 30 seconds
BTC to the LEFT: 3 x 30 seconds
 
I think alot of people just aren't doing DLDs newbie routine intensely enough. I'm not saying you should pull until things start breaking, but you have to feel the burn! Practice makes perfect. Get in tune with your body and MAKE the fucker grow!

I think I do it intense, I usually have sweat dripping off of me when I am finished. And I do feel the burn on my ligs after I am done I just think I have a really stubborn penis, just think I need to kick its ass a little harder :) Anyway, thanks alot DLD for sharing the routine!

I think I just found my new length routine to add with my Multi-Clamp!! Bwaaaaaaaaaaaahahahaha, I'm gonna do it tonight!
 
Is the btc like the btc setup on normal hanging?

Anyway Mc let me ask you something. When you do the first rep you feel a good strech right. Then what happens when you go to your second rep?

I believe in this case, BTC is actually pulling it way back there almost inbetween your butt-cheeks. :)

im doing 1 minute stretches instead of 30 seconds x 3 ...so just bump it up to 45 seconds or a minute..
 
ahh thanks for that input, but the question is now tim, how often (other than what i said with the whole when u think ur ready thing)

Alright, thank ya very much DLD! Interesting, I've just been doing the rotations at a central SO angle, never thought to do it oriented up or down, gonna give that a shot with today's workout.

Also, what kind of gains did you see with this particular workout?
