Hello Friends,

I would like to know the most effective excercise/routine for lenght ONLY. Girth was never my goal, but I still kept doing it, and I think that`s what was stopping me from gaining lenght. I always did the newbie routine with jelqs and squeezes but now I`m gonna be all in for lenght.

Judging from your experience, what routine would yield the most lenght gains? There are a few options that I`m considering but I wanted to hear from those who actually gained. I`m thinking about doing the newbie routine but only the stretches + some sets of the blue whale`s __________ stretch.

What do you guys think?
 
In my opinion, girth changes only enhance length. In fact, the Bathmate is an excellent tool for both if you own it or can afford it. After doing a couple hours of size genetics, get fully hard and pump to max pressure in the Bathmate, then do slight pulls so you get expansion and lengthening. If you do not have a Bathmate, I would suggest at the very minimum 100 dry jelqs/day in order to prevent contraction of the penis. you can do this in between manual, or size genetics stretches.
