Hello Friends,

I would like to know the most effective excercise/routine for lenght ONLY. Girth was never my goal, but I still kept doing it, and I think that`s what was stopping me from gaining lenght. I always did the newbie routine with jelqs and squeezes but now I`m gonna be all in for lenght.

Judging from your experience, what routine would yield the most lenght gains? There are a few options that I`m considering but I wanted to hear from those who actually gained. I`m thinking about doing the newbie routine but only the stretches + some sets of the blue whale`s __________ stretch.

What do you guys think?
 
Obviously do the basic stretching.

Some of my favorite length exercises are dual fualrums, ball-lig stretches, DLD blasters, and lazy ass stretches.

Also dont forget the kegels.
They will help you gain faster.

And if you like add a few jelqs in here and there.

you can follow only the length portion of the SRT routine...this is the best routine for fastest gains...:)

But the length master. There are too many exercises you can gain with the beast. Within a one year period, you can gain at least 2.5 inches in length.
