does anyone happen to know of any good head (glans) enlargement techniques or routines?
 
Kegels are supposed to enlargen your glans I believe. Also try Supra's Slammers... I've heard quite a few people get good results with those. I myself am one of the unlucky one's that didn't get any effects from it, but most likely you will.
 
uli's really blow up your head. You can do them after you jelq or by themselves wet or dry.

I'm preferring them as an isolated exercise and done dry. If you do them dry I would recommend putting lotion on the head first though as a conditioner to allow for skin expansion cause it's gonna blow up! You need to get yourself semi-erect before you can actually count a uli as a uli otherwise you will start off squeezing a totally soft cock and there are no benefits to that.

Once you really get tissue expansion happening, keep on going. Don't stop until your hands are tired or do about 10 min of them...you will be FAT.

hahaha that would be funny. well i've tried to find how to do a uli and i tried watching the uli video that's supposed to be on the site but it isn't there. can you tell me how to do them or do you have a link that will show me instructions because i've been looking for a while
 
I've heard that there are pumps made especially for the head.As for if they are any good, your guess is as good as mine.Maybe some of the members here, with experience using these types of pumps could give their input.

Get yourself semi-erect and use an overhand grip, palm facing down.

Use an ok sign grip near the base of your cock. Slide (if using vaseline) about an inch or pull (if doing it dry) and then squeeze the bejeezus out of your cock using the other 3 fingers while maintaining a firm ok grip.

So, if you were to show the okay sign to someone you would have 3 fingers in the air...FU, ring and pinkie fingers...these are the ones you squeeze with.

thanks a lot that's a reallly good workout but i cant seem to keep any lasting effects. almost immediately after im done, it's back to the original size. i can't seem to figure out how to keep it engorged. do you have any routines you personally do that you know work?
 
I'm new to it all and I tried Supra Slammers and as far as sensation goes... It seems to be really filling up the glans as desired. I did about 20 mins of these a few times last week, and it was a noticeable difference next time the lady and I went at it. I'm sure if you are consistent with these things you could probably squeeze yourself into a pretty good size.

2 things...first you need to keep in mind that this process of developing/transforming your cock will take some time. Temporary gains are nice but they fade away quickly if you have the slightest hiccup in your routine or schedule.

Secondly, no matter what exercise you do you will not keep your cock engorged when you initially begin Penis Enlargement. Period. You can keep it "full" for awhile but not all day. You will notice a huge difference after you've been consistent with your routine but this takes some time. Also, experiment with water intake. I notice my flaccid hang is much more impressive when I've been consuming plenty of water.
