Here is my virtual everyday and most days twice per day routine...I'm just wondering if it's too much(not in time but too much as in am I risking I jury by overdoing it)
-Warm up...(shower, warm towel, hot tub, etc) for 6 min with light stretching all angles.
(All stretching done below with a lengthmaster or lengthmaster chamber alone)
-Bundles...3 minutes twisting counter clockwise and clockwise. Finally achieved 2.5x rotation and pushing for more.
-newbie routine while bundled counter clockwise then newbie routine while bundled clockwise.
- then I do __________ stretches for 5-6 min.
-Now depending on how much time I have I will hang with weights bundled or straight hanging (20-25 lbs is all I can take so far) for 15-20 min.
During the day after stretching I'll finish with uncle Jim's wrap and at night either uncle Jim's or the phallosan on light to medium tension.
This routine can take some time but I work at home so have enough to time and it can cause a lot of good soreness...I'm just wondering if I'm doing too much or not enough...Any replies are appreciated.
