I saw a picture of this guy on a forum and i wondered whether he was on steroids are not. He does seem incredibly ripped and it seemed a bit... i don't know, suspicious for me.

If he isn't on steroids, how much do you think he weighs and how much would you estimate his body fat percentage at?

That's isn't incredibly huge. he is in good shape. 170 - 180 lbs depenging on height

I agree with the above. I can definitely tell he's NOT on steroids. LOL, he'd be wasting his money if he was.

Never said he's huge. Just was wondering. I've never taken steroids so i don't know what to really look for in a juicer.

Agreed the guys in good shape. Gonna be a while before i look like that i think. I have a year and a few months to do it in.

Not on the juice for sure. Although, it is not easy to get in such shape. The thing that is confusing (questionable juicing) is the mature muscle that he is carrying. There are one of two ways to acquire mature muscle ...........steroids......or a life long relationship with lifting, body sculpting...whatever you want to call it. This guy has mature muscle, which shows his relationship with body sculpting as a lifelong endeavor. This includes everything from training, eating clean, proper skin care (notice the striations), and most importantly.........mentality. Putting a time table on such relationships is futile for sure. Good luck my man.....

He could also just be an athlete of some sort, a runner, someone with a good metabolism and body composition or all of the above.

Crazy good shape...no steroids though, unless cutting roids.

This isn't ''funny'' like ''ha ha funny'', but it is funny to me when I see men asking about this sort of stuff. I remember a while back a guy on another forum asking if he had to ''take steroids to look like Ryan Reynolds did in Blade Trinity''. Simply put, no. It only takes a clean, sensible diet and a LITTLE exercise. Mostly cardio, and TONING exercises. VERY little in the way of weight lifting. He's not bulky, just lean and toned. YET, because of his tone (aka low body fat) he ''appears'' to be as the young guys like to call it ''JACKED!''. Reality says Ryan Reynolds in the below shape is about 6' tall and around 190lbs. For the average guy to look similar, he'd be around 5' 9'' or so and about 175-180lbs. VERY FAR from ''big''. It's amazing how big a difference though a low body fat, a light tan and possibly some posing oil, baby oil or a spray mist...along with some studio lighting can make. :) Being critical on his shape, he's probably got NO lower body development, no back, weak traps and so so shoulders :) LOL I'm not saying he looks bad though, just not my taste. He's got more a ''runner's build'' than a bodybuilder build. Even a guy who lifts moderately a few days a week and watches his diet can look better.

A visual reference for RR's shape in that movie:

''The measure of a man’s physique is not what he weighs or measures but total symmetry''

^ This guy has good proportion and symmetry to his muscles. Narrow waist and wide. Doesn't look like a body-builder, that doesn't mean he's anything less but in my eyes looks more aesthetically pleasing than fluid filled juiced up beef.

Now to answer the question about him being on the juice. I disagree with many here that assume one would be 'larger' for them to seemingly be on steroids .. that is false. Steroids don't magically make you bigger, they help the trainer but he/she must provide STIMULUS via good exercise and NUTRITION. Without either nothing happens, even with large amounts of juice ... apart from slight growth which would occur naturally but speeded up slightly with a normal diet.

I would guess he has taken something to help him out. Could be Winstrol which helps strength and cutting up or something weak but that works in larger dosages called Anavar. Clenbuterol could also be used to help him cut albeit its not a steroid. Only way to know is by urine and/or blood works. I would think something has been taken but nothing too fancy.

This chap has a great looking body, well defined and many men would be envious of him that's for sure. This is a body allot of women would like over a juiced up body-builder like for example Jay Cutler any day of the week. Those guys who juice heavy are the most unhealthy guys on the stage and regardless of what so many brainwashed men think about juice being un harmful, it does lead to many problems later on in life if its abused.

Frank Zane the classic body-builder of the 70's I think had a similar shape and look to this chap albeit more muscular, GREAT body one of the best. Estimate this man to be around 180lbs but depends on his height, could be a really lean 165lbs. Body fat is 4-5% I would say, certainly no more than 7%.

You may also notice Apollo's belt to his right at his waist, where it goes upwards. This is a very nice feature and only seen on really lean guys.

A side note: Allot of these juiced up freak shows are actually less stronger than smaller guys! so this lad, although as some brainwashed individuals would have him as nothing out of the ordinary would be stronger than larger men who are perceived as being stronger. Dont believe me? fine, just read many physiological studies on strength VS size and how it relates.

Tendons, nerves, ligaments and very importantly NEURO-MUSCULAR connection ... that has to be good, the brains pathways to the muscles .. its channels, the roads to which it tells the muscle to fire its last round to the max ... many of us don't have peak neuro muscular connection unless its life and death, which is WHY one becomes very very strong in such conditions, superhuman sometimes because the brain kicks the wheels into motions but some guys have naturally good neuro muscular abilities already, which makes them much more stronger than they seem.

I agree. This guy looks great but to make a decision I would need to see his legs.

LOL....sorry guys, no offense here....but how the hell can you look at this guy and say he is not on steroids? I have seen SMALLER guys in WORSE shape that juice over a gram of test a week, not to mention deca and dbol! Unless you know steroids, ran steroids, or at least been in that social loop, you can't just say "oh yeah he's natural" Steroids don't make you huge, they turn over protein faster and help you recover faster and for fat loss steroids the only that even have some properties in them to ASSIST in weight loss is tren, clen, T3. Steroids (if used to bulk) make you a bigger version of you, this guy could very well have been a 110 pound skin and bone weakling, and then juiced up a few cycles and is in the shape you see in the pic. Then again, maybe he is all natural and good genetics. My only point is there is NO WAY IN HELL you can just look and say "NO, no steroids for him!?!?!"

I doubt hes a lean 165 pounder, he's not only defined, he does have . I'm 160 pounds and i look nothing like that. I would need to pack a lot more muscle to look like that. My body fat isn't higher than 15% so i'm guessing if he was a 165 pounder, we would look the same shape, but he would be a lot more cut. I think he is at the minimum 175-180lbs.

Whatever he is I would love to have that body (I will keep my penis though):)

I can't really tell if this dude is jucing, but i'd say depending on this guy's height he may weigh around 165-185 pounds and maybe 7-4% bodyfat.

Yeah. Haha. I'm not sure if i'd prefer a 10 inch penis or his body. Thats such a tough choice.
10 inch penis and my body, or his body and my penis... Hydromaxmmm.

Take the body and do Penis Enlargement...probably easier than taking the penis and working out:)

I agree that it isnt possible to know if this guy is on sterioids. I have several friends that have done them/are on them. One is about 6'0" 230, bulky with lack of definition. I have another friend that is 5'6" cut as hell with great symmetry but not "big". It all depends on how long you have been using them, what kind of steroid, what kind of exercise, diet, genes and how your body reacts to them. Im no expert by any means but this is my opinion. That guy is in great shape regardless of his use or not. I would imagine I would look similar if I dropped my BF % from 16% to about 6-8%. If I could have a 9x6 or have his body I would choose the niner. A body like that can be achieved easier (in my case).
