My Girth routine

4 weeks
beginner:

warm-up -3 min
jelq - 5 min
onehand jelq - 5 min
sit-down stretch - 5 min
jelq & hold - 4 min
warm down - 3 min

8 weeks
intermediate:

warm-up -5 min
jelq - 10 min
onehand jelq - 10 min
sit-down stretch - 5 min
jelq & hold - 5 min
warm down - 5 min

Advanced:

warm-up -5 min
jelq - 10 min
onehand jelq - 10 min
sit-down stretch - 10 min
jelq & hold - 10 min
warm down - 5 min

just asking, is this a Good exercise routine, cause i've been using these routine for the past few months, and i was able to good gains from it, but i just want to ask your opinions, is this routine extreme or normal?

(PS i just got this routine on another penis enlargement website, because i wasn't able to find a decent routine for girth so i just use this, but i am just wondering is this routine extreme or normal)
 
There is no advanced and there is no normal girth routine. It all depends on how familiar you are with Penis Enlargement. I'll give you an example: if you gave someone new to Penis Enlargement a girth routine like the one you mentioned above- that would be a normal routine. If you gave it to DLD or REDZULU that would be less than easy LMAO :).
 
yes that seems like a good routine if your gaining if I were you I would keep doing the routine tell your gains stop or slow down then you can switch up your routine with different exercises adding more tension slowly over time to your workouts is the best way to go or/and adding devices. happy gaining!
 
I think that looks like a nice easy way to ease into the Penis Enlargement pool! Progressive and building in it's intensity without missing the basics needed to gains and learn advanced work. I think the time you spend should be loose and determined by your personal feelings. When you feel able take on the SRT Routine as it is the master routine but for beginners I always advice a visit to the Newbie Routine before all things. Education is BOSS in this game, without the proper understandings many will wallow in a pool of confusion, in order to learn the proper way to swim to gains with intelligence will be your research, ability to ask for help and consistency in treading the waters of constant progression!
