BM will not cause fluid rentetion.If you go for 15 min STRAIGHT with no break you will get fluid retention 100 %.TO avoid that,do small sets of 5 min in the
BM.So if you chose to stay 15-20 min in the
BM,split those 15-20 min into 3-4 small rounds of 5 min.This way you will have little to no fluid retention.
And you should't go crazy in the
BM.15-20 min at high intensity should be more than enough to make you grow.Going for 30+ min in the
bathmate will not lead you to bigger gains,it will lead you to injury ( especially if you don't go for 5-7 min mini sets ).
