Jelqs are great to do whenever, but I do them upon waking along with bundled stretches, followed by the main routine

Jelqing combined with BM are great,5 min of jelqing + 5 min of bathmate , 3 times.We call it the 5x5x3 program.

And you should't go crazy in the BM.15-20 min at high intensity should be more than enough to make you grow.Going for 30+ min in the bathmate will not lead you to bigger gains,it will lead you to injury ( especially if you don't go for 5-7 min mini sets ).

Many men wish to do that..and they end up with injuries because they take it to hard too quickly.Better build a healthy big penis,slowly,than a big one quickly,but with problems.

You are doing such a good job that I have little to do! Excellent answer and one that I would make. Pretty soon people are going to think we are the same person! :)
