Is head girth gains from fluid retention possible?

I've started to pump with my divosuit on and it stays on all day. I've never had my head so full for over 8 hrs before. I just started using the divosuit for an ADS and after a few times of pumping in the morning I've noticed this and wondered. It looks like fluid retention, but not sure as the compression from the divosuit could just keep my head that full (doubt it though).

So, the real question here is if there is expansion for hours (in my case about 8 hrs each time) even if it is from fluid retention will you eventually get girth gains from it? I'm specifically talking about head gain not necessarily shaft gain.

The glans of the penis can not hold fluid retention so the expansion you are seeing is true expansion, not fluid retention. The glans of the penis has no skin covering it so there is no way to trap fluids there.

and bigb yes if youve got decent expansion it should later lead to increased size if you keep it up

interesting. can't say i fully agree or disagree. i would believe that fluid retention must be possible in the glans but maybe for the glans it is more difficult to get fluid retention for the reason you stated. it would probably take a high vacuum pressure directly to the glans for however long of a time. and also since it is more difficult for fluid retention to occur there the temporary increase in glans size will contribute to permanent gains in the future.

That's just my first though on the subject. not 100% certain.

i think a smaller mushroom head can make the shaft appear to be thicker than it is which can be a plus. however, if you have thick shaft AND a thick head its even better! its like a lollipop for women lol and can hit certain spots better than a smaller head can

right. it creates more direct pressure to a smaller area of vagina as the penis moves back and forth as opposed to when there isn't much difference between head and shaft girth
