Flaccid bone pressed length comes before other gains and it is a map to what to expect next. There will always be a slight to medium difference between BPEL and BLFSL, sometimes as little as a .25" to as much as 1+". Erect stretches closes the gap as much as possible. The reason there is a difference in these two measurements is when the penis becomes erect it loses it's stretchiness making it very hard to stretch to that new length. But when erect stretches are employed you are stretching the actual erectile tissue forcing the penis to deform to the new stretched length. As time progresses the process repeats and so on.
