Hello. Before i start with questions, let me introduce myself:
Age: 21
Experience: I have done 1-2 weeks of Side-to-Side stretches and Squeezing
Goal: Length

My measurementes:
Flacid:
Non bone pressed length:7cm
Bone pressed length: 10cm
Erected:
Non bone pressed length: 12cm
Bone pressed length: 14.7 cm
Girth:
Mid shaft: 14,5cm
Lower shaft: 15cm

I have couple of questions connected with training..
First tell me
-how many days per week (on and off days)
-how many weeks
-which exercises
2. About masturbation.. Is it smart to masturbate before workout as warm-up? I feel more stretchable after masturbation. And this is the biggest problem, my libido is so high so i'm doing this often (no GF this period soo... :D ), but if you say that i will gain more without masturbating (or masturbating just once in week), i will do that.
3. About Kegels... I'm really beginner with this exercise so on the beginning, how many days per week should i do it and for how many reps (how long should i hold the squeeze).

This are all my questions for now..
Thanks guys and wish me luck.. I don't really have big goals i just want to go for 17-18 cm (which is, i think, not so small goal) but i think i can achive it.
 
What i would start off with is education as it is the MOST important aspect in starting this without hurting yourself, start by reading the SRT thread as there is a myriad of different information to help you start out. The Newbie Routine will likely be your best place to start with exercises and it goes something like this,

3 Sets of the following

30 Seconds to the Right center
30 Seconds to the Left center
30 Seconds to the Straight out

30 Seconds to the Right down
30 Seconds to the Left down
30 Seconds to the Straight down

30 Seconds to the Right Up
30 Seconds to the Left up
30 Seconds to the Straight up

30 Seconds to the Right out behind the cheeks
30 Seconds to the Left out behind the cheeks
30 Seconds to the Straight out behind the cheeks

Kegels
(This is the Pelvic floor muscle that you feel if you try and stop your flow of urine whie using the restroom, Reverse kegels would be the deliberate relaxation of that muscle)
100x 1 sec quick squeezes, 50x 5 second hold 2 second break, 1x 60 second hold
I typically use the rest period to do a Reverse Kegel

Never Masturbate before girth work although edging (edging is deliberately arousing yourself without going past the point of no return) can be beneficial, Length can be done after sex or masturbation with great results as the pc muscles are more worn out and easier to manipulate. How many days on and off are up to you and your goals most find that everyday with the exercises are the best way to reach your goal as the more time off the less you cement the gains meaning you can gain 1-5 cm and lose it if you dont keep it up. Work hard and don't be afraid of asking questions i have yet to meet a brother her that isnt helpful and looking out for the next person.
 
I can't do behind cheeks, not long enough and I'm chubby (with most fat on legs) so can I skip it ?
About kegels, that is all in one sesion (i mean i do first quick following by 5sec hold following by 60 sec hold) ? And should i do kegels every day ?
For now my plan is to skip the girth work and focus only on length so i will:
-masturbate first
- then about 20 min rest after masturbation do the stretching
- after stretching do the kegels
is this OK ?

Yeah you can skip it till you can manage it, the btc stretch just really targets the ligs well.

Start with what you can when i first started doing kegels i could hardly do 50 quick ones without them burning like hell, just like anything you work your way up just push yourself so you make progress.
I personally do them every other day but that because i need to have the stamina for my wife and if i did them everyday i struggle to keep up.

I would recommend kegels first, other than that it will be a great starting point. Make sure you read those two threads in the newbie section. Obviously i would recommend not focusing solely on PE as if your doing this i imagine your doing it to better yourself, that should include your body mind and spirit as those are all essential to your well being and a new and improved self.
 
This dude is starting off at 5.7 inches girth. Lol wtf. Nice size 🤐🤐

You guys talk about me right ? Haha .. I guess that my girth is OK right?
I quiet have a nice girth, not perfect (that is why i will skip girth work in beginning) but my length sucks and that is my biggest problem :(

Your girth is awesome! Most men have a top goal of 6 inches of girth so you are so close. If Length is what you are after now get yourself a LengthMaster!
 
5.7 starting girth is pretty good IMO. You have been given some good advice so far. Take some time and read as much as you can here on MOS. I have been here a little while and still have not come close to reading it all.

How is your program going? Have not heard from you and wanted to know if everything was going well.

Before i tell you what is going on... I must say that i workout but not everyday, i do it when i'm alone (because i live with roommates and it's hard to workout everyday).. So sometimes i workout 2-3 times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less...

Today i was alone and i use the ruler to see what is going on down in pants (just to check, i was not hoping that down there is some progress..)
My new measurements are:
erected
BPEL- 15.3cm
NBPEL- 12.3cm

It's not big deal, just about 0.2-0.4 cm increase buuuut, this is long run so i like it...
I can't understand how my BPEL turn from 14.7 to 15.3
but however... i'm motivated now to do more !

P.S. Every time i workout, first i masturbate and after ejaculation, wait few minutes to go flacid and start stretching.

So with minimal work your making good gains, can you imagine if you became more consistent how much faster you would grow? Congratulations in the gain and welcome back to the grind!
