It's like I've developed a Pavlovian response when I touch my penis for anything but urinating. It goes full hard quickly then if given a couple of minutes it goes semi flaccid again until I touch it again and then it is back to a full erection. What to do?
 
20 some odd views and nobody had any advice for this situation?

I figured out for now that after masturbating twice one directly after the other that I cant get more than 70%ish erect and am able to do some of the Penis Enlargement exercises. Had an hour long session and looking forward to a shorter session today maybe about half an hour.
 
When you're new to Penis Enlargement that's normal, you'll get used to it fairly fast and then you'll wish that you get your instant erections back :p

Its just like intercourse, the more you do it the more you get used to it... dont do it for a long time and its back to square one haha. pretty much what lazyhanger said though
 
i always masturbate before stretchting. and during jelqs its an advantage to be semi erect so works for me that way.

Over time your body will get used to Penis Enlargement touching vs. jacking off touching. Just stick with it.
 
I had to masturbate for a while before doing Penis Enlargement just to get used to the feeling. Before I was Penis Enlargement'ing my girlfriend could just look at me and I'd be at half mast already, let alone her touching my shoulder or something. So I masturbated and came before doing Penis Enlargement and even so I would still get fully erect, which then I was like you, I would have to wait until I would go semi in order to continue again. It's just a matter of time and getting used to the feeling
 
Thank you guys for all your responses and encouragement, I feel as tho I've made an improvement already in the flaccid appearance. I'm not keen on keeping measurements, I'm just planning on running with all of this until, it looks like what I want my cock to look like.
 
Noob here, but I find that if I get too erect that I can squeeze tightly on my member to make it subside rather quickly. Don't know if this will work for others, but the blood seems to evacuate under heavy pressure, and thus loss of erection...

After posting, and reading Red's response, in the thread about Kegels, which strayed into a little bit of talk about "reverse kegels", I think that there may be something to it that is applicable to this situation. Besides, all of the longer explanations of a "reverse kegel", Red stated casually that it is similar to taking a crap. (I was puzzled about the muscles actually used for the "reverse kegel" because there are no muscles in the pelvic floor which work in the opposite direction of the PC for example.) So anyway, whether it is simply a contraction of the lower abs or whatever, forcefully taking a crap, (or forcefully peeing), could pass as a reverse kegel.

Sorry, I ramble. What I am getting at is what I found playing around with this idea. While playing around with "edging", I thought it would be a great time to try some of these reverse kegels to see if it helped stave off ejaculation significantly without the need to stop stimulating myself. Well, it worked like a charm! Whenever I got near to the point of ejaculation, I simulated, or contracted those muscles which you would if trying to force out a big turd, and the feeling of impending ejaculation would pass, even though I did not decrease or stop stimulating my penis at all.

What it felt like to me was this. It seemed that the contraction of the abdominals or whatever somehow forced downward towards my pelvic floor, with most of the stress directed toward my anus or sphincter mucsle(?), BUT>>> There felt like a distinct decrease in blood or the pressure of blood in my penis while doing this contraction. It had the effect of eliminating or significantly reducing the sensitivity in my erect penis, and virtually eliminating any urge to ejaculate. And it felt like my overall hardness dropped the very instant that I tried to "take a crap".

Just thought that I'd share what I experienced with my experiment with "reverse kegels" and how it might help you with the question you posed in the OP.
