Hi guys! I'm new user and i have some questions:

1st: do I have to do this exercise every single day?

2nd: i warm up for 3 minutes and I start pumping until i feel uncomfortable and I stop, 2 minutes later I pumping again until my penis gets 15cm in the bathmate. after this I start count 15 min, is that right? And sometimes when I turn off the shower my penis starts decrease very slowly, when this happen I pumping again and dont turn off the water for the whole process.

3rd: My penis gets bigger just for coulpe of minutes after the exercise it decreases as normal. I've been doing this for 1 weak (5 days working and two resting) is that normal?

4th and last: yestarday after doing the exercise appear slight blood drops On the right side of my penis. Is it normal?

4 can you tell us more? do you mean blood blisters? you need to heal that up and the build intensity more slowly over a period of weeks
