I have good and shaky news....Lets start with the good. I had the best weekend of my life with the best girl I have ever meti It was an amazing weekend, I have never met a girl like her in my entire life and Im so glad things ended with my last gf cause I would never have had room for her. I knew her before my last gf but she had a bf, then I got a gf, she broke up and then I broke up and I really feel like it was our time. When I got together with Summer, I was kinda disappointed cause I really wanted to be with the girl I am with now, but what is meant to happen will happen and always will. And it did, I think I met my true best friend and girlfriend from now on.

The shaky news. Late Friday night I was experiencing, extreme thirst, blurry vision and dizzy, gentile itching symptoms of possible Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes. Going in tomorrow morning for complete blood work and AC1 Hemoglobin. Three things worry me. 1. My mother father has Type 1 diabetes. 2. I have been taking GH for the last 6 months. 3. I take Seroquel to help with Depression and Manic Symptoms but increases blood sugar.

I am going to start taking Braggs Raw/unfiltered apple cider before meals, my Aunt and Uncle said in 6 weeks it lowered there score by 30 points. I dont know if this will affect taking GH lifting/anabolic lvl. The results tomorrow will tell me if I need to get off GH and Seroquel. This is bad news for a few reasons, I dont want to be diabetic, I want to continue my Body Building Career and Diabetes Sucks

Eiher way, I have a girl that will stand by me. I will keep you posted.

Stick with the positive. You have an awesome chick.Diabetes is very manageable these days...its not the end of the world.Yes it sucks but with proper care it wont affect your daily life to much. And hang in their first and see what the test results will be.I hope for the best for you.

Had a friend who got diagnosed diabetes. (at an early stage though) he stopped completely on e sugar and started to use stevia (white powder from a plant look it up) and after 3 weeks he went up to the doctor... Now they couldnt find any symptoms of the diabetes. And the doctor had this what the?,,,,

Now im no doctor. And i cant garantee you that he didnt jut screw up the first time. And miss diagnosed him. Under all circumstances i think you should look into it (i think it is illegal in usa btw. In denmark we can only buy it for other use than oral intake. However its the same stuff and i use it and have used it as a replacement to sugar for years now.

As. Have understanded you have this need to do experiments with yourself.

Well check it out.

And grats with the girl man.

So awesome you are with this great girl Supra.

Make sure you are honest with her and she'll help you through this.

Like JJerimia says wait till you get some test results before you start jumping to conclusions. You can make alot better decisions for yourself with more info.

Good luck and let us know how it goes :)

Congrats on finding the right girl for you Supra! In this life and uncertain world it is very diffucult to cope with the adversities of life without having a partner to be there for you. I hope that your medical examination goes good and that you dodge the diabetes bullet. Wish you all the luck Brother!

Good on the girl...

Diabetes is nothing to fuck around with. My advice to you is to go completely natural for your body building as I have done for many years. I am bigger and stronger than many who take the juice and I have very good health and no extra risks. It is not a short cut the natural way but it still works if you go about it in a smart way.

Diabetes type 2 is very reversible with diet and exercise. My diet actually consists of over 80% non-starch type vegies. For a great read take a look at Dr Gabriel Cousens books on diabetes.... He knows his shit.

I just got out of the hospital. It has been the roughest 3 weeks of my life. I went through a breakup, surgery and insomnia for three weeks and possible diabetes. I don't have type 1 or 2.
The doctor said my body was shutting down due to lack of sleep. Thank you for the support.
As for the breakdown, I had a mixed manic episode with three weeks of insomnia. With the war and PTSD my life is very difficult needless to say
I live on medication.

You have my sympathy brother; I know what dealing with doctors is like, and if they're of the VA variety.....you truly have my sympathy.
I don't know about you, but I absolutely CRAVE my time alone, limited though it may be.
I could easily become a hermit.
Not Kozinszky though.
Think more Thoreau.

Maybe you need some real, quality, d-e-e-e-p alone time to decompress, come up for air and recharge yer batteries.
Sometimes the best thing...is nothing. And long periods of it.
I sure as hell hope you find what works for ya.

Keep up the good fight, brother.

Very wise words here Supra.
From reading alot of your posts, you seem to want to take over the world and give everything 130% all of the time.

Something that I've also been through, and found that taking time off to just 'be' can actually lead to far better results in the end.

Getting off the GH as ordered!

Good to hear that your in good health SUPRA! You can't keep a good soilder down! Get some R&R and keep us updated.

Yes you need to remove some of the things from your diet that aren't needed and as Dash stated the GH wont help you. Keep it natural with weight lifting, the juice has its benefits but its not really what you want or what anyone wants. The benefits are not what cannot be gained from natural methods, plus we as ego mad men at times take more then we should on the dosages which actually does cause heightened aggression, its proven never mind those who say it doesn't exist because Steroid induced Psychosis is VERY REAL.

Remove any pro-hormones as well, they are steroids plain as once introduced into the body. Remove the clomid and nolva as well, ANYTHING you have not been prescribed. Dbol has caused diabetic issues in people did you know?

Once the diet is sorted and the shit out of the system things can settle and level out. Diabetes isn't as bad to live with like it was, much better prognosis and nothing really to worry about. Its not something you cannot be treated for, so in a sense its better to have this then a brain tumor and need drastic surgery. Good luck and we are here for you.

Having been shot down over an unnamed country myself, I have that damned PTSD too in addition to being molested for several years as a child. I attribute my success to several things. It is your job to find your "things" but I highly recommend you do this: Once per year, come hell or high water, I make trip to Florida. From there I pay for a fast boat to carry me to a very secluded island location (there are many out there). I spend 2 weeks alone with just minimal gear. I eat what I find and I live a primitive lifestyle. I write as an activity. When I step onto the island I strip my body of all clothing and remain that way for the full 2 weeks. Every night I have a fire on the beach and cook the catch of the day. I exercise on the beach and swim daily. I snorkel and make shallow dives for edibles and treasures that catch my eye. I climb trees. I fashion a hammock and sleep under the stars with the sounds of the ocean in my ears. I do not eat much because I use the opportunity to fast and cleanse. No phones. No groupies. No bitching manager. No news. Nothing but pure unadulterated solitude. Every manly man (and you are one) should do this for himself at least once per year. When the time comes for me to return, I never want to leave but I have a brand new outlook on life. In addition, I spend the next 50 weeks dreaming and looking forward to my next excursion. By the way, I do not drink or take drugs other than the occasional weed hit on the tour bus. So my point is that I carry no addictions that might otherwise cause my reset time to be horrible. You can't believe how hard my erections become as a result of this decompression. By the time I get off of the island I am straining to fuck some hot pussy for sure. You should try it dude. You other guys too! The expense is minimal and you will learn to love yourself.
