Well that looks a lot better. From there you could just use the adjustment right away to get more tension. The only way to get to where you start at max tension is to really stretch out as much as possible when you are getting in. It looks to me that you need to just add one more small bar then really stretch yourself out as far as you can with one hand and compression the springs down with the other hand. You need to get as stretched out as far as possible when you get in. This way over your session you will use the adjustments to stretch beyond what you could've without the device. You want to stretch beyond your bpel to get the best gains

Oh and your question in your second picture. You just twist those screws at the bottom and you will see that the device will compress down more and you will get to less than the 2 notches showing because that is increasing the tension

Oh I just read what you said about bars. I have one long one medium and one small. That is the least I ever use but I usually use 2 long bars a side which is Basicly the same as what I have on in pic plus another small bar. Another tip for you always put the long bar into the top piece. If you put a small when in the top it can unscew when you use the tension adjustments

Haha yah I had that problem at first. It takes some trial and error to figure these devices out. Great thing is we have this site so we can learn from others mistakes instead of doing it wrong and wasting time on our own.

Since this time the VLC Attachment has become a very good way to attach the SizeGenetics, check it out if you have not yet, we just posted a new video.

So basically i have had the SG for around a month now, and i was getting slightly disheartened with my technique, i tried the SG with the standard set-up, with a noose wrapped round some padding, even the velcro mod, but i set it up like this after seeing a thread earlier in Picture Proof, and omg... its the most comfortable way i have ever worn the SizeGenetics, and going by the manual, this is how its meant to be worn if i'm correct? But alot of people recommend the other methods, velcro etc...

Anyway, if people are having trouble with slippage, do it this way... just dont tie the noose too tightly.

Pros of this method:

- No Slippage due to being "hooked" round the glans
- Better extension when "pulling" yourself onto the rods.
- For me personally, i experience NO discoloration after even 2 hours, but with other methods that force me to wrap tighter with the noose, my glans / skin goes purple even after 30 mins.

I'm happy again :) Time to make some gains
