Following the SRT to heal in a passive state with a cockring. I basically don't know in which erection state and how tight i should put the cock ring on after a workout? Should i put it tight enough so the penis doesn't shrink at all and the blood is stuck, like when you clamp, only that i let it be in a lower erection % or what? When i put it on i guess it wasn't tight enough since my penis shrink more and more at a slow pace like after any edging session without a cock ring. I need an explanation for me to understand this, and how the penis should act when i have been doing it right. Thanks!
 
It should be tight enough that you achieve extended erections, but the blood flow going out is reduced considerably. This tightness is different for everyone. I personally don't like to use the adjustable rings cause they are typically thinner and don't provide an erection for me like the thicker ones do. I think its also partly that the rubber/silicon rings tend to compress evenly around than the adjustable ones.
 
Hm. So what is the difference here compared to clamping? Doesn't sound great to go around with an erection with a cock ring to remain it for 1-2 hours.

as far as i have understood (and DLD please correct me if im wrong) the blood goes through the inner penis when you get an erection.

and then it leaves the penis around the inner penis (so right underneath the skin)

the goal must be to sufficiently reduce the blood flowing out without interfering with the blood going in.

now by doing too much you will stop the bloodflow to the penis.

so you have to find the sweetspot by trial and error.

i haven't been that much into cockring so i might be wrong. but this is how i would have gone about it

I walk around with a cockring on all day and all night. Most of the time I have a hard on, other times I just have a semi going. Never had an issue unless the ring was interfering with my sac a bit

Perfect explanation!

The idea of healing in SRT is a very important part of gaining and it is something that was never thought on before. When we train length the penis will tend to turtle after training because it is a normal response to training length. This is not as productive as it could be. With SRT after length work we will remain elongated to help cement, or make permanent, these gains. This can be done by using the Phallosan, SizeGenetics, PeniMaster, ACE or some other creative method of remaining elongated. The same thing applies to girth, after training and expanding it is a shame to put that puppy away and allow the pump to leave. We put on a cock ring to hold this expansion for as long as possible, again, to help speed permanence. SRT is a very well thought out routine and no matter what routine anyone is using they should still gain the SRT education to make their own workouts that much better.

yeah fecking sucks finishing my LM n getting shrunk is a damn bad thing,obviously i know that im gaining but getting an extender is a great way to keep the penis elongated.:):O

My biggest gripe with this is when I wrap it gently from base to just beneath my glans, I feel okay for a couple hours, but after say 3 or 4 I start to have a dull achey pain (usually at the base). This eventually grows in intensity if I ignore it so I take it off and throw on the cock ring. So how many hours is sufficient in the wrap to heal in an extended state? Should I be using a silicon sleeve instead (I haven't tried this yet)?

In this case you should take off the ACE, return good circulation and rewrap. Some men can go hours some can go less. I can go 60 minutes before I need to rewrap or I start taking on fluid. I suggest finding your max and from there rewrap when necessary.

If you need to initiate sex right after your session, get a tighter ring that can hold the expansion for up to an hour. If you want to stay fully pumped all day, get a ring that is tight but not too tight. I would suggest you buy a large pack of cock rings with many tight ones and a few less tighter ones. Let's say, 10 of each type.
