So I was wondering how much stretching is enough to make sure you don't lose gains. Like 1 set of 20min hanging a day would be enough? I know the hardest part to PE is gaining but have any of u guys had success achieving your goal then just maintaining gains with minimal exercise? Thanks

Once you gain past a certain amount, you keep most of your gains. It's a good idea to go 1/2" past your goal. Use your penis, keep yourself healthy.

simple as that that extra half an inch is key:cool:

Cement. Once you cement a certain amount of gains, keep increasing the intensity and it'll cement your leftover gains. Previously I cemented my size only up to 7" in length. Then recently i cemented 7.5" just by increasing intensity. Just keep doing your routine and progressing.

My goal is 8.0 NBPEL. I have a bit more than 1.5 inches to go --- soo when i reach that my plan is to cut back on stretches and see if that's enough to maintain it -- if not I'll go for the extra 1/2 inch. This is definitely a lifetime thing tho

Cool. How much gains have u made total -- in how long??

Either go past your goal by a 1/2" or simply keep a maintenance routine going (which is best). After we make our gains we should continue to train using a maintenance program to keep the penis in tip top shape. A maintenance routine can be a once a week workout, this will not only retain your gains but also keep everything else solid.

For me, I threw away my ruler and tape for measurements. No measurement for me till further notice. I want a very monstrous girth. I see myself upgrading to the 2.75 mityvac pump by January 9th 2024.

Another name for measurement is depression.

I remember when I threw away my ruler...Best thing I ever did in pe

Added note: I realized that it was wrong of me to promote to remove the sticker. Do not do that, it can be dangerous.
Click here to find out why.

Also if you use the Bathmate pumps, remove the sticker with the ruler/messurments.
That thing do not help you at all.

This is wrong info. The sticker helps with overpumping and monitoring of one's progress.
Doesn't help me at least. I'm better off without it. You feel if you have the right pressure or not. The sticker doesn't last as long.

Exactly brother, you are very correct.
I can see if you are new to Bathmate pumps, that the sticker can be useful. In the beginning my penis only expanded a little bit. Then the sticker was useful to push up the pipe little by little. Now I can just messure with my thumbs from the top.

Sounds good. If it's working for you, keep at it brother.

I agree somewhat with this. When you are new to pumping you need to be more careful. Maybe it was wrong of me to post this:

It may be some new members, new to pumping that can be mislead due to this. I think you need the scale on the Bathmate pumps when you are new to them. And maybe if you are new to Bathmate pumping, the risk of hurting yourself can be greater without this sticker (scale).
To all the new Bathmate pumpers out there. If you are new to Bathmate pumps, keep the sticker, and be careful you want optimal pressure, not to much pressure (but pretty high). When I was new I only pumped for 3 minutes x 3 times, then I upscaled to: 5 minutes x 3 times. Use the scale to push futher a little bit each time.

And it maybbe diffrent with different kind of pumps likecthe MityVac pump system. I have only been using Bathmate pumps.

Be careful my brothers. The important thing is progression, dicipline, and it's a marathon not a sprint. The feeling of fillibg up thevpumo is awesome.

You are the only one on the forum who is preaching and advocating for the removal of the sticker. You should remove it but don't announce to everyone to remove it. I suggest you edit the part of your comment where you are encouraging people to remove the sticker.

So many people has pumped with too much pressure with the bathmate an experienced bleeding from the Urethra. The sticker will help with this type of problem.

Please, kindly edit your comment. Thanks brother for your understanding.

Okey I'm sorry about that. I realized it was not good to promote this. I have now edit my orginal comment.

I didn't realize this could happen:

Thanks for helping me realize this @hugh-girth. I have learned my lesson. I shall be more careful with what I'm posting in the future.
You're the best mentor. Thank you once again.
