Hi -- I just started the phase one routine shown in the members area ... my questions are;

1. How often should this be done? Everyday? Or is rest a crucial component, like lifting? So every other day?

2. I get horny by touching my dick a lot ... how long afterwards can you masturbate? I feel like jelqing and pushing
all that blood around and then getting a full erection right afterwards might interfere with each other. How long should
I wait?

how often you can workout depends on you, some can go every day, other liek 3 times a week. its trial and error.

as for masturbating, aslong as it doesnt interfere with workouts any time after should be fine

1. You don't really have to masturbate unless you just feel the need to. Some people have negative effects on EQ. So that's really up to you.

2. After a workout? You can go immediately if you wanted to. You could edge if you prefer that. Edging is more targeted towards girth workouts. So I'm not sure what actual workout you're doing.
To get that blood going you could just do some pulls/tugs and get it done that way.
 
Masturbation will only interfere with girth training if you cum too closely to your session. For me masturbation is really a girth work out that I allow myself to cum after if I get a solid routine in. Once I have gotten off I will get in some length work as it is the best time to stretch when your penis is fatigued.
 
I think its different from person to person. I for one turtle pretty bad after i cum so i dont jack off after training. I would say try training with both jacking off and now jackingoff after and just pay attention o how you meat reacts

If this happens it is simple to deal with, just strap on an ACE Bandage and it will prevent any turtle action.
