This is one thing i've never been quite clear on. I jelq for 15 minutes every other day and i'm not asking if I should jelq everyday but how long I should jelq for when I do. I am stretched out at this point so don't worry bout me pulling nothing just let me know what you guys do cause i'm not sure how much is too little and how much is too much. I've come up with this formula. I'm probably doing 45-50 jelqs a minute so I do 675-750 jelqs. That's more then the newbie routine but i'm sure some do more.
 
well, it depends on what you are looking for. If you want girth, i would definatly slow down my jelq speed. 45-50 jelqs a min is very fast. I would just jump up to about 20-25 min and do slower more intense jelqs.
 
if you are focusing on length then i would tug out a little bit each time you jelq. so you would be jelqing all the way up, and when you get to the head squeeze a little more and streach it out a bit.
 
Honestly, if you don't want any more girth, then just do some light jelqing for the circulation benefits, but you will get way more out of length gains if you use that jelqing time to do more stretches. But I would listen to slayer and go about 20-25 jelqs per minute regardless of your goal, maybe 30 per minute at the fastest. Jelqing probably is much less efficient at gaining length than is stretching.
 
by the way while we are on the subject of jelqing, is it ok to just do 300 intense jelqs and you will get the same as doing 600? or the more the better or what?
 
I do 200 - 250 very slow and intense jelqs with nice 10 secound uli every 20 - 30 jelqs. I'm not doing anything else at the moment because i only want girth. I'm not sure if its going to work as i hope but the last time i was on Penis Enlargement i followed the rule: the more you do, the more you get. It realy worked well with length but i didn't realy gain any girth.
So now I'm going to try the othere wide spread rule of: Less is more. My workout time for thoses few jelqs and ulis is 45 - 60 mins so you can imagine how intense i do them.
