Hello! I've been into Penis Enlargement for well over 12 years. I own pretty much every piece of equipment available and have tried lots of different routines. My gains have been near zero, maybe .5" MAX. Each time I get motivated I stick with the routine for 4 to 6 months until I get discouraged from the lack of gains. Not sure if I just have ligs of steel or what but anyway, I'm going to take another try at Penis Enlargement and go back to basics.

My main focus for now is length. I'm 7" BPenis EnlargementL and 5" EG I may add in 15 mins of Bathmate with some hand-clamping cool down for girth.

I'm going to do this for a routine-

Hot/warm water Warm Up (<- something I just started doing in the last year or so. I think lack of warm up may have been preventing my gains?)
DLD's Newbie "30 second stretch in a bunch of directions" routine
A stretches, bundled if possible

Now, in all of the above I'm working with a mostly flaccid penis. With the intensity and duration of these stretches, I'm beating up my glans quite a bit. Sort of bruising it and making red marks on it.

Here's the question-
A) Should I be trying to do these stretches with as little blood as possible in the glans, using a very tight squeeze grip, maybe even a cloth for better grip?

OR

B) Should I be filling up as much blood as possible in the glans, and grabbing behind it, sort of using it as an anchor? I've tried this and I fear i'm pulling too much blood towards the tip.

Or maybe I'm using WAY too much intensity? But if I don't pull that hard, I don't feel a good stretch.. I was using the length master for a while and before that all sorts of other hangers, extenders, ADS devices, etc. so I'm going to need some intensity.

Thanks guys, this may seem like a no-brainer to the veterans, but the discomfort of the exercises is preventing me from even completing the routine sometimes.
Any other recommendations welcome too!

I personally squeeze out all blood, douse my penis with a heathy shake of baby powder and grip, tightly, just below the glans. When there were times I needed more grip I would use latex surgical gloves or leather golfing gloves, both give tremendous grip.
 
Thanks DLD, I will try the baby powder trick. With more grip I won't have to squeeze as hard.

Alright so I finally used the Bathmate effectively today but I think I was way to overzealous, more on that later. I'm in college so I've been using the Bathmate to no avail. (I haven't fully mastered using the Bathmate in the shower.) However, I got home today and decided to give my Bathmate another spin, but in the tub this time. All I can say is the results were out of this world. Untill I found that my dick was swollen out of this world.

I'm a pretty experianced Penis Enlargement'r but in my excitation because of how greatly crafted by Bathmate is, I lost track of time and doubled a 30 min exercise. So along with advice on how to use my Bathmate in the shower, I would also like to know how to fight against/reverse fluid buildup. I've read a post saying that the fluid usually subsides with time but I was wondering if anybody had any other tips besides just waiting and putting your dick in warm water.

Ballchamp, it is most smart to keep the pumping to shorter sets and work in some jelqing in-between each set. Try 5 minute sets and follow up with 5 minutes jelqing and repeat as many times as you feel you can. This will keep fluid to a low and expansion high.
