As I am waiting for an answear from Grandmaster DLD I have thought it would be a good idea to post my issue also here to keep things moving and put me on the map of the brotherhood.

I am into PE for the past 7months, do sports being in a good shape, healthy diets and no smoking.
I have started with PE like almost 9 years ago once a german book about jelqing and PE landed in my hands.
Didn't last that long as I was too sceptical, there was not so much information around and motivation was missing.

On July 04.2014(last summer) I gave it a go and promised to myself to do it as consistent and religiously as i could for a year at least.

I am hitting my routine 5 on 2 off. I am into the 7th month now and had once in 2 months or in 3 something like 4 days off.(but never over a week). That happened probably since I have started 4 or 5 times in total.

My routine is a mix of my choice and your SRT program and is as it follows:

1)5-10min hot warm up.

2)STRETCHING PART: (baby powder in hands and penis to have a good grip)

10min pulling to the front (on the last minute I hit a kegel while pulling for 5 sec and then a reverse for another 5)
5min down (on the last minute I hit a kegel while pulling for 5 sec and then a reverse for another 5)
1min between the legs and cheecks
5min upwards (on the last minute I hit a kegel while pulling for 5 sec and then a reverse for another 5)
5min left (on the last minute I hit a kegel while pulling for 5 sec and then a reverse for another 5)
5min right (on the last minute I hit a kegel while pulling for 5 sec and then a reverse for another 5)
V Strech 1min
A Strech 1min
*between change of direction (i perform circle streches 20 circles.)

3) JELQING PART: 3-5min I enter the bathmate x30 with hot water flassid to warm it up again and expand it so the blood can fill in more expanded cells.

Lube with baby oil and baby oil gel and follow 20min of jelq:

5min at 85% erection state with ok Grip (3 to 5sec jelq)
another 5min at 85% erection state with ok Grip (3 to 5sec jelq) switch hands
5min at 70% erection state with OK grip reverse
5min at 70% erection state with OK grip reverse switch hands
*I make myself erect and do a 3-5min SSJelq

BATHMATE: I make myself 100% erect, enter the Bathmate with hot water and pump to the max for 5min. Befpre i finish in the last 30 seconds I do a Bathmate strech only to the front to pull the inner penis. Then follows 5min of SSJ.
(I do this whole proccess x2 Times)

At the end i warm it once again for another 3-5 min and I finish.


The routine takes me smth like 90 to 120min. I have no time to edge tho. I notice my erections have a drop of 10 -20% but i still have morning woods and morning glories. Throughout the day i do 2 sets of 20 kegels and 2 of reverse. I am taking L-Arginine and a protein shake in milk. I dont masturbate for mayimum pe gains and have sex mostly in the free days.

I STUCK in length looks like I am hitting this plateu and cant grow any more lengthwise.

So I really need advice from "world war veterans" of the PE if you think I should change something on my routine.
DO i overdo it?
DO i need just the 30sec of pull only and based on the penis mechanics are the 10 or 5min of pull a waste of time?
Is it better to do the stretches in the morning nd ending them up with a flassid 5min bathmate and then do at night the girth work?


I am hoping that my post will cover and help also other PE practicioners who dedicate religiously a lot of time, hit plateus and need some special advice to get back on the gaining track.

I think your routine is too complicated. Get yourself a length master if you don't already have one.
