hi ive been doing phase 1 on dvd which is warm up 3-5min,2 sets of basic stretching 8min, 600 wet jelks 10min, tesicle health massage 3min, warm down hot shower ,sizegenetics exteder whenever i can soon be adding Bathmate . how does look should i add anything to this newbie routine . when id do the streching should i be pulling so hard it hurts like your ripping it off but tolerable pain or not that hard thanks
 
hi guys just wanted say ive been doing newbie routine with Bathmate for 4wks and ive gained 1/4 lenth and 1/2 girth im hoping to add few things to my routine to help the gains . is there any exercises i can do with the Bathmate
