Hey guys, been lurking around for a while and decided I would join. I'm a small guy, only 4 inches long and 4 inches girth :( and it is playing with my confidence and meeting women so I decided to do something about it. Both my parents are Indian so i'm pretty sure that has something to do with my small penis. My main goal is to be 7.5 inches long and 6 inches girth. Small term goals are getting to 5x5, hopefully more, within 6 months. (Is that possible?)

Right so i'm going to start Penis Enlargement exercises on Monday and I was just wondering as a newbie who has never done Penis Enlargement exercises before how I should start off.

I have read DLD's first routine blog and I think it may be a bit too much for me to start off with.

Would just jelqing & kegels be enough to get started of with and make some gains? Starting with what DLD said about 300 jelqs for the first 2 weeks and moving onto 600 after that, plus the 50 PC holds. I will be doing a 5 minute warm up and cool down aswell.

I'm just worried about doing the stretching as I may do it wrong and I don't want to damage myself.

Anymore advice and tips which isn't related will be appreciated.

You can start out slow and work your way up, especially with the Newbie Routine. Just be sure to get Jelqing, Stretching and PC Work in. Since the routine is too much how about cutting it all in half?

Right so I've just finished doing my Penis Enlargement. I think it went pretty good for my first time, penis and testicles feeling very relaxed at the moment.

Just a few quick Qs.

1) When I was jelquing my penis was becoming very "warm", was this because of the blood being pushed to the tip?

2) When doing the stretching at the start how much intensity should you put in the stretch?

Increased blood flow will make the penis feel warmer so this is normal. When stretching you should put as much into the stretch as you can. Start out with a gentle stretch and build up from there. You will want to find a happy medium between breaking down tissue and injury. This is a very broad grey area so find your sweet spot within the realms of this grey area. I use 100% strength when I stretch and I am a pretty strong guy. With that said, I am not sure of your strength so you will need to experiment a bit to find what works best.
