Hi,

I'm new to the forum so please be gentle and help. I am a 32 year old male from uk. I have type 1 diabetes and suffer from ed. I take viagra and or cialis but this doesn't always work. I am also very unhappy with the size of my penis. I am 6'3 in height with an athletic (ish) build and I HATE my average (at best) cock. It measures about 5.5" in length and average girth. I have tried pills, jelqing etc and nothing seems to help. I have recently bought a Bathmate X-40 and been using it for a couple of weeks and not seen any real difference. It ia very pumped up when I first use it but that goes after about 10 minutes.

What am I doing wrong? Can anyone please offee me some genuine help or advice?

Thanks

dude the phase 1 brought me 1'' in bpel in just under 2 months, if you do it everyday and stick to it you will gain no-doubt, but you cant just do jelqs 1 day and and the stretches the next, you have to do between 500- 600 jelqs everyday and stretches, 3 sets btc, downward, straight out, and upward of each (I repeat three sets of each using baby powder for grip).
if you do this, and commit your going to gain , you have no choice!!!
but remember the jelqs, everbody think that if you just want length you can cut out the jelqs but that's bull shit, because what youll notice is that when you start out 100% erect by the time you done 50 intense jelqs before you re-stimulate your nearly flaccid, and if you put your finger behind your balls and do an intense jelq while pressing down on your inner penis, there is a very intense stretch!
you see when you jelq its actualy not even really a girth exercise, but an exercise that give you a complete range of stretches, from 100% erect to semi erect to almost flaccid!
these stretches are very important when it comes to length!
I hope this helps clear your worries! Good luck bro!

Not much to add, good post. Whenever possible, warm up and warm back down. (Ask if you don't know what that means.) Dedication to good manual technique will get you farther than devices at first. Use any devices as a supplemental method to add some additional tractive or expansive stressors ... and/or to have healing time in a slightly tractive (be very careful) or anti-turtle state. If your erection quality lowers, your intensity is probably too high for your recovery time/ability ... go easier than that to gain faster. Growing is a rush, ... you're going to love it.
