Hi so ill start off by saying i use the penomet, but i figured id get a better response here, long story short, when i pump i do 5 minutes as a warm up, and then a long 15-20 minute session after, i get great expansion but most of it is water retention and the expansion is not equal everywhere, my penis looks a lil wierd, i was wondering if anyone has any advice to get the same expansion with less water retention, and for it to be for equal through my penis.

Hello MTroy! Great to have you here in the Brotherhood. The best way to pump is using the technique advised in the SRT Thread. Basically pumping for long periods like you have will cause fluid build up and little tissue expansion. Better way to cause mostly tissue expansion is as follows:

5 Minute Pumping
5 Minutes Jelqing

5 Minute Pumping
5 Minutes Jelqing

5 Minute Pumping
5 Minutes Jelqing

This will help you make much better gains with no unevenness or massive fluid retention. If you want you can replace the jelq with the SlowSquashJelq.

Please read through SRT for some great advice on gaining and healing in the fastest way.
 
thanks dld, i apprechiate the welcome, and ive read your SRT a few times, the only issue i have is time, i was wondering if you can recommend anything that is good for limited time. Im an electrician so i have work at 6 am, get home at 4, goto the gym etc and in bed before 10, so time is very tight, sorry if this is the wrong area to ask but i figure better now to ask then get lazy and hold off for months

I mean, I kinda second tkto, in that you need to put in the time. If that means waking up one half hour early to get your session in, or stay up an hour late, you're gonna have to find the time somewhere. As far as fluid, a coupe things.

Warm up with heat before hand. That will help immensely.

The 5x5x3, as outlined in SRT is pretty good for cutting down on fluid retention.

You can do as I do and do the SSJ as one giant set of 10-15 min before pumping as a priming or pre-exhaust style workout. Which I believe helps reduce fluid retention.

Uses less pressure. I find the harder one pumps, at least in the beginning, the more fluid and donuting will occur.

Over time you get less fluid retention. It's like conditioning. I can pump for 20 min straight at 195-200 mm and be fine, but I've been at it for about 3 years.

Are you warming down with heat and a lotion massage? Think of it like a warm down after a run or workout. You don't run at 8 mph on a treadmill for an hour and jump right off and hit the showers without snapping a hammie, right? Same thing with BMing. Use a heating pad or rice sock for 10 min and rub lotion on your cock, really working it hard, which will be uncomfortable, and pay especially close attention to areas with lots of fluid or unevenness. This will drastically reduce your concerned symptoms.

SRT is kind of like a dinner menu, you pick the things you want from a long list. In your case, with limited time I suggest doing what I wrote above and at least get in the Newbie Stretches each day. This can be split into s routines daily and each one will take only 30 minutes.
 
I dont know how to quote people but ya tkto i just have to better manage my time! or find the best excersice for limited time!

Use heat too. I slammed a kick ass BM session last night. Went well above 200mm, probably like 210 and I knew my dick was gonna look like shit coming out of the tube. After about 10 min of heat pad work, I massaged out a lot of fluid in a flaccid state. Then i went back into the heat pad and did some erect massage. This could be something you can try to get rid of uneven fluid retention. It's another good way to get rid of weird clogs and vein issues that might crop up here and there.

Adding those stretches would be plenty and it would definitely add to your gains.
