hello i have only been a member of this website for about 2 weeks,but i have been doin pe since 20th december 2006,i gatherd information from this website and ebooks and jelqed before joining this ,,i gained 3/4quarters of an inch in length and girth before i started this website im on phase 1 and am 2 weeks into it i am also using a clamp and a traction device eco extender which i started using with the phase one program...i am wondering though is it a good thing to be mixing length with girth(traction device and clamp)will it have any effect doing girth excercises on my length or vise verser will it slow down the process of me gaining,, is it better to concentrate on length before girth or any one at a time, can some of youse guys who have made some good gains tell me about this from you exp[erience,also will doin this have any effect on my future gains:O :cool: :s
 
Very good question...this is something that many pe'ers have and still are struggling with. I have done length and girth exercises together and in every way. There are some variables to think about when considering what you are going to do.

1.) If you do length first, you can fatigue your penis in a way where the glands may become sore from stretching, thus giving you poor erections for the girth routine (where you may want a 100% erection). Stretching first not only lengthens the ligs, but may also stretch the tunica and septum which in turn, will allow more blood to be forced into the penis.

2.) If girth is done first, the penis may be too swollen with fluid to properly stretch in every angle and may not be stretched to maximum. If you really want to do girth first then stretch you can just do the two routines at separate times.

I think that focusing only on length is beneficial, but doing girth with it may actually be speeding up the processes...I don't think that doing them both will hinder gains. I am doing both now and so far I am pleased with what I see.
 
thankyou very much that has answerd me question brilliantly,now that you have said that i can put a picture to what i have been doing and have now just got onto that i have been mixing them and they have been having effects on my erect state when jelqing im guna fix it now so that im not closely mixing all my excercises together,ive been doin them all at once which isnt giving me a hundred percent,thanks for the advice:) ;) LMAO :s :p :cool: :cool:
 
I would honestly work length in the morning and ADS all day for your length work. Then I would perform 300 or so jelqs in the evening. That is a good balance between the two but it will aid in length gains primarily, but girth will be aided with increased blood flow and a weakened tunica. I've gone purely girth and length before, but if you really want to add length then I would focus on that aspect more so than girth because you will lose some girth when performing length only work. My girth measurement went from 5.75" when I was doing only girth work, to now I'm 5.5" girth but I've gone from 7.5" to right at 8" EL performing length only exercises.

I would really shoot for my length goal first and do some jelqs and some light squeezes as auxillary girth work. It's like the idea of having a primary exercise that you give a maximum effort and then you use auxillary exercises for your volume and general conditioning work. Keep it simple and spend your time on the goal that is most important to you.
 
thankyou for the advice im guna stik to both rite now so my penis just grows and expands its been working so far but if you work on both it seems like ull gain on both,,aslng as im gaining ,but when it comes to meaurements and if i feel i want more on girth or length ill just concentrate on that LMAO
 
The issue isn't if you will gain working both at the same time. The issue is whether or not doing both will yield gains as quickly if you only had a primary focus, length or girth. What I am suggesting is that whichever goal you feel most strongly about is the one that should be your primary focus and the other will still get work but be a secondary focus. It's very difficult to have the intensity and focus to constantly work for both length and girth as you work your way into more intense methods and longer programs. Keep that in mind and be sure that you let your penis have time to rest and recover. That is one of the biggest mistakes anyone can make in Penis Enlargement is to assume that you can always apply stress and you will continue to grow. You have to take time off.
