I'm having some problems at the moment, mainly due to my warm-up, I have noticed my stretching sessions are hugely improved when my meat is baking hot, soft and malleable.

The problem is that to warm up I use the water method (hold jug of hot water around area) and this is troublesome as sometimes the water is not hot enough, and even when it is it can take ages and ages, which makes a workout a bit of a chore. Especially when you're running taps for aegs at 2 am when everyone else is tying to sleep.

Was just wondering what methods ppl are using at the moment and what seems to be working well ? I've heard of a heatpads etc. If anyone could recomend anything it would rock

I use the heating pouch I got from www.unique-heat.com/ Since I got this my warm-ups are tha bomb!! Heats up quickly in the microwave. It seems that the more I use it, the less time it takes to warm-up in the microwave. This thing leaves my penis royally pampered. My penis is so moistly warm after using it, that it feel like a warm piece of tube dough fresh out of the oven. This thing is worth every penny and more. After 2 years, mine looks the same as the day I got it, except alittle broke in. This will be the best thing anyone could get for warmups.
 
Than you might want to start looking for one of those electric heating pads. They don't cost that much, but try getting one that has a moist heat setting on it.
 
Heating pads are cheap and efficient, and require no microwave - which seems to be a limiting factor for you. I used to use the hot wash rag technique, but with the heating pad I can just warm it up, wrap the penis, and lay back and relax for a spell.
 
So where do you get such a pad from ? Any stores do it ?
 
I use a sock filled with rice. Pop it in the micro for 30-40 seconds and blamo.

Insant heat.

Simple.
 
i am in the states...and i got my from walmart for 12.00...you can probably find one in a sports shop too..most people use it to put heat on sore muscles so anywhere you can think of that deals with body aches remedies...hope this help you out some
 
I use a thermotex infrared heat pad. I also use it for 30 minutes to warm up while partially restricting blood outflow with a clamp to allow heat buildup. Imho people don't spend anything like enough time getting the deep tissue temperature into the zone. I believe it is probably the most critical aspect of any exercise that uses heat as its basis (important distinction: I believe heat changes deformation properties of tissue, which is not wholly the same as micro-trauma which probably happens despite heat rather than because of it).
 
i agree...i spend 10 min. in the heating pad and although i do feel my penis softens up a bit from the heat i think 20 -25 min will give me better results in the end...it is going to be difficult..i already wake up early as hell to get my workout done before class...
 
Perhaps I should add that (again for deformation purposes rather than extended micro-tear sessions), that the actual stretching exercise I do afterwards is only 3-5 minutes, after which there is a measurable length increase.

Plastic deformation will only get you so far though. At some point there has to be actual growth to continue gains.

Great post. I have heard of several people who got better expansion and gains for heating for a minimum of 30 minutes. I've tried this and gotten positive results.

I think this works much better for length exercises than girth, but helpful in both nonetheless.
 
I don't know about 30 minutes warm-up seems an awful long time to me, I am defintely going to get an electric heat pad though , thanks for all your help, cheers.
 
That's exactly my point. Most people can't see how it could take that long to reach the deep tissues. Think of the structure of your penis. You can manipulate all the surface tunica with erect bends, jelqs or whatever. But what about the septum or 'I' bar right in the centre? Once everything else is taken care of, that can still be a bottleneck.
 
i have some questions about using a heat pad though.

1. i have an old old heat pad and it is hard to keep it warm. it has a fuzzy covering on it but if i remove that it doesnt stay warm. and if i leave it on i cant feel the heat through it(it seems like the heat just gets trapped in there because i can put my hand inside the covering and the heat pad is nice and warm, but outside its cool. maybe i just need a new heat pad)

2. how long do you warm up with a heat pad. i usually use a sock filled with rice and that stays warm for about 15 minutes, but with a heat pad how long should i warm up.

3. i am currently using a self modified dlds newbie routine, and im wondering if i should apply the heat pad inbetween the sets. i tried that last night and i seemed like my penis stretched a little better, but im wondering what your opinions on this is.
