How do you best warm up before a lm3 session?

Hey, I've had the lm3 for a week now, I'm finding it hard to get a good stretch. My muscle is warmed up easily but it's everything else that takes ages to get a good stretch and loosen up. I've tried the hot water towel method and just playing with it but it's not enough.

My routine with the lm3 is:
2 x sessions a day
1 hour to 1.5hours
Bundles stretches
Straight out twist left and right 20min
Straight up twist left and right 20min
Straight down twist left and right 20min

I'm buying a heated fan tomorrow to see if that helps. I'm in a heated room at 28degress when i do the workout but it's still not enough and I'm worried I'm wasting my time by not getting a good stretch. I tried to force it a bit and got an amazing stretch deep inside but I strined the ligaments and had to break for a few days. Any help would be amazing. Can anyone also advise me on my routine?

Are you completely new to penis enlargement?

My recommendation will always be based on my personal experiences. Try to get into bundled downward stretches, so you will then be able to get into BTC-BS (Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches).
Loosen up your tunica albuginea as much as possible in downward bundled stretches, by doing more and more bundles/rotations of your penis and stretch hard.

You will then feel when you need to progress into BTC-BS, since the stretch in your inner penis and ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory) will be reduced to the point, where you almost do not feel any stretching in your inner penis and ligaments. Reverse kegels are really important here.

This is an indicator that you have outlasted this exercise, and you should progess into BTC-BS. But don't forget to bundle as much as possible in Downward Bundled Stretches so your tunica albuginea is prepared for the BTC-BS that will come.

This is the progression I did, and I believe everyone can do this.

In this position (BTC-BS) you will able to stretch all the angles you are trying to stretch right now. To stretch in front of you is really awkward, you have no levarage, and the stretches will not be the hardest.

The difference in BTC-BS in comparison to Bundled Downward Stretches will be that you will have better levarage (much better) to stretch hard, and there will not be possible to stretch the ligaments to much (not until you have stretched your penis really long).

Look at this picure and imagine that you bend the penis to the right and down. What happens to the ligaments?

Behind The Cheeks is the stretching position you want to get into, in order to get good levarage and in that way, gain the fastest.

Thanks for that, yeah I always feel a longer stretch going down, yeah I'm only a few weeks into pe, when I do my bundled stretches I can usually rotate 3/4 and get good stretch or I rotate 100% and get minimal length stretch. Are you saying it's more important to rotate as much as possible ?
 
No. The most important thing, is to get a good stretch in your outer and inner penis. If you lose the intensity you can bundle more, and/or stretch harder.
I think I pushed the ligaments a bit so I'm resting fora while, would the pump still be ok to do ?

What does this mean? Can you please explain?

You need to increase the intensity exponentially in a safe way. Don't know what you did. You may have increased the intensity to fast.

Soreness is nothing to be worry about, in fact you want soreness in your inner penis and ligaments as well. But you are the one that will determine if it's pain or soreness. If there is no pain...well personally I would keep stretching. But I only go after my experiences.

Step down in intensity somewhat if that works better for you. Be careful.

Thanks for that, yeah I felt pain but I didn't feel that bad, maybe I'm just getting used to a regular workout
